The Vida VX2 Go 3.4 kWh is also available with Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) subscription model at merely Rs 60,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Hero MotoCorp has launched the Vida VX2 Go 3.4 kWh at a sticker price of Rs 1.02 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in the Indian market. It can also be purchased at just Rs 60,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi) with Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) subscription model, alongside a running cost of 90 paise per kilometer. Vida VX2 Go 3.4 kWh was launched by Shri Nitin Gadkari, Hon’ble Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways. The Jaipur-based two-wheeler brand had launched the VX2 earlier this year in July with two variants namely Go and Plus.
Till now, Vida VX2 Go was only available with a 2.2 kWh battery pack with a range of 92 km on a full charge. On the other hand, the Plus variant comes packed with the 3.4 kWh battery which returns a range of 142 km on a single charge. Now, with the introduction of the bigger 3.4 kWh battery in the entry-level Go trim, the buyers will have multiple options to choose from.
The VX2 Go 3.4 kWh comes equipped with a dual-removable-battery system which delivers real-world range of 100 km on a full juice-up. The electric motor produces max power of 8 bhp and peak torque of 26 Nm. The riders can select between Eco and Ride modes while the top speed is pegged at 70 kmph. Vida VX2 Go 3.4 kWh is positioned between Vida VX2 Go 2.2 kWh (Rs 73,850) and Vida VX2 Plus 3.4 kWh (Rs 1.10 lakh).

Some of the notable features onboard the new electric scooter are flat floorboard, large seat and 27.2-litre under-seat storage. Presently, Vida has over 4,600 charging points and 700+ service touchpoints across India. The new variant of the Vida Go will reach dealerships shortly and deliveries are also likely to start immediately.
Commenting on the launch, Ms. Kausalya Nandakumar, Chief Business Officer – Emerging Mobility Business Unit, Hero MotoCorp, said:“VIDA has always stood for progress – combining innovation with functionality to enhance life for Indian riders. The new Evooter VX2 Go 3.4 kWh is designed for those who seek more range and efficiency in their commute —conscious of performance, practicality, and purpose. It reinforces our commitment to empowering everyday mobility and moving India towards a cleaner, better tomorrow.”

Hero Vida electric scooters, with each passing month, have been increasing their sales numbers in the domestic market. If we take a look at the Oct 2025 sales data, nealry 16,000 units were retailed by Vida and it barely missed out on capturing the fourth position from Ola Electric which sold just 100 more scooters. So, expect a tougher challenge from Hero in the coming months in the EV space.
