Hero MotoCorp has launched the Vida Dirt.E K3 electric bike at an introductory price of Rs 69,990 (ex-showroom) in the Indian market. The new off-road range of e-bikes have been designed for kids aged between 4 to 10 years. The Vida Dirt.E K3 electric motorcycle bookings have commenced at the official brand website while sales will begin from Jan 15, 2026 onwards. The company stated that the starting ex-showroom price of Rs 69,990 will be valid for the first 300 units as deliveries in the first phase will start in five cities namely Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Jaipur and Calicut.
Sitting on a unique size-adjustable platform, the Dirt.E K3 is capable of riding on diverse terrains. It had its world premiere at the EICMA 2025 in Milan, Italy with a tagline of ‘Wild beyond the Ride’. The e-bike will be available in three colour schemes namely Red, Purple and White. The Vida Dirt.E K3 a three-stage adjustable system which modifies it across small, medium and large configurations on the press of a button.
The parents can personally tailor several functions through the app-enabled controls such as manage speed limits, lock riding modes and ride analytics. The electric motorcycle has been jointly designed and developed at the Hero Tech Centre Germany (HTCG) and the Centre of Innovation and Technology (CIT), Jaipur. It is being locally manufactured at the brand’s facility in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

Vida Dirt.E K3 is powered by a detachable 360 Wh battery pack which can be removed from the e-bike and charged 0-100 percent at home in approx three hours. The battery pack is coupled with an electric motor which pumps out 350W continuous power of 350W and peak power of 500W. The K3 offers up to three hours of riding, depending on terrain and mode. The battery comes with dust and moisture protection through the sealed enclosure, which makes it deliver performance in all climate conditions.
The Dirt.E K3 has been rolled out with three ride modes namely Beginner, Amateur and Pro which have top speeds of 8 kmph, 16 kmph, and 25 kmph, respectively. Riding on 16-inch spoked wheels, it boasts of a single rear hydraulic disc brake. As mentioned earlier, the height and wheelbase of the K3 can be adjusted according to the rider preference.

Some of the notable safety features onboard the Dirt.E K3 are child-scaled brake lever, impact-absorbing components, and over-moulded wiring harness. A special mention goes to the magnetic lanyard-based kill switch which immediately turns off the bike if the rider is not on the saddle. The K3 e-bike has received the Red Dot Design Award 2025 and the CES Innovation Award Honoree 2026.
