At an ongoing event in Delhi, Suzuki has launched their full faired Gixxer SF, which also goes on to become the cheapest full faired motorcycle in India!

- The major differentiating factor is the full fairing. Suzuki says that Gixxer SF has been developed in the same wind-tunnel where Hayabusa, GSX-R and motoGP machines are developed.

Gixxer SF Engine:
The new faired Gixxer carries the same 155cc 4-stroke air cooled single cylinder SOHC SEP engine which churns out the same 14.8ps of peak power at 8000 rpm and 14Nm of max torque at 6000 rpm. The motorcycle continues to be carburetted and is mated to a 5 speed gearbox.
Despite the addition of the fairing, Gixxer SF weighs just 139kgs (only 4 kg more than naked Gixxer).

Gixxer SF Price
Suzuki has priced the Gixxer SF at Rs 83,889 ex-showroom in Delhi for the Black and White colors. The Special Edition costs slightly more.
Update: The final price of Gixxer SF ex-showroom Delhi is Rs 83,439, about Rs 450 lesser than the price we shared earlier from the official press release. When asked about the change, Suzuki officials confirmed the change said that they have reduced the prices due to certain reasons.
