OPG Mobility, earlier known as Okaya EV, has launched the Ferrato Defy 22 at a sticker price of Rs 99,999 (ex- showroom) in the Indian market. The electric scooter is also being showcased at the ongoing Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The Ferrato Defy 22 can be pre-booked by paying a token amount of Rs 499/- only. It will rival Honda QC1, Hero Vida V2, TVS iQube and Ola S1 X in India.
The Defy 22 can be availed in seven paint shades namely Champagne Cream, Black Fire, Coastal Ivory, Unity White, Resilience Black, Dove Grey and Matte Green. Riding on 12-inch alloy wheels, the e-scooter is packed with features like Combi Disc Brake System, Dual foot board level and 7-inch touchscreen display speedometer with music function.

The Ferrato Defy 22 is equipped with a 2.2 kWh IP67-rated LFP battery pack which returns an ICAT verified range of 80 km on a single charge. The battery is connected to an electric motor with power output of 1.6 bhp while the peak power is rated at 3.35 bhp. The newly designed and highly durable 72V 30Ah battery is offered with a weatherproof IP65-rated charger. The Defy 22 has a top speed of 70 kmph.
OPG Mobility showcased a total of 9 products under the New Brand Vision at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. A special mention goes to the Ferrato Z concept which was also unveiled at the event in a silver colour theme. In addition, the Defy 22 was also displayed in two dual-tone colourways namely Red & Black and Gold & White. Three more Ferrato e-scooters namely Faast F4, Freedum LI and Disruptor were in attendance at the auto exhibition in Matte Green, Cyan and Black paint shades, respectively.
