The Flying Flea S6 has been built for varied terrains with long suspension travel, bigger front wheel and high-torque EV motor
Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6 has been unveiled to the world at the EICMA 2025 in Milan, Italy. It is the second all-electric motorcycle from the brand after the Flying Flea C6, which had its world premiere at the previous edition of Milan Motorcycle Show. While the C6 was a roadster model aimed at urban mobility, the S6 is an out-and-out Scrambler designed and developed for all-terrain riding. Royal Enfield has officially confirmed that the Flying Flea S6 will be launched by the end of 2026 in the Indian market.
The S6 Scrambler is both road-ready and trail-ready, claims Royal Enfield. Some of the notable elements in the S6 electric motorcycle include USD front fork, chain final drive, finned magnesium battery case, and enduro-style seat. It rides on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels. The Flying Flea S6 also features a round touchscreen instrument cluster with connected features, which pays homage to the original Flying Flea of the 1930s.
Royal Enfield has developed the S6 Scrambler at the Flying Flea Tech Center, across India and the UK. It has been equipped with latest features such as integrated navigation, lean-angle sensing ABS, switchable dual-channel ABS, off-road mode, advanced riding tech and traction control. The riders also get a Voice Assist button which can be accessed via the Smartphone for functions like navigation, music playback and more.

The Flying Flea S6 boasts of multi-modal connectivity which enables interaction between the rider and motorcycle through a smartwatch and a connected app. Hence, the riders gets access to a plethora of features in the form of keyless ride, ride modes, charging status, and vehicle diagnostics. This system is pre-loaded with an array of apps and over-the-air (OTA) updates compatibility.
The integration of hardware and software is achieved through an in-house OS and a UI/UX built around the Qualcomm Snapdragon QWM2290 processor, which supports 4G, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The real-time vehicle data is reflected at the round TFT cluster. The two-wheeler brand has further enhanced the control systems with the inclusion of NXP microcontrollers for high-speed data processing, secure communication, and intelligent energy management.

The Flying Flea S6 comes with an in-house developed Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) for seamless integration of thousands of ride mode combinations. Though Royal Enfield has not revealed the technical details of the S6 Scrambler, we expect it to deliver performance equivalent to a 350cc ICE-powered motorcycle. Without divulging battery pack and electric motor details, the company said that it will house ‘a high-torque EV motor’.
