The e-scooter has entered production at the brand’s Hyderabad factory as deliveries start in planned phases from October 7, 2026
E3 Electric.AI launched the E3 Trion electric scooter last month in the Indian market. It was presented in three trims namely C1, C1x and C2 at introductory prices of Rs 1 lakh, Rs 1.10 lakh and Rs 1.20 lakh, respectively. All the prices mentioned before are ex-showroom, Bengaluru. Now, the company has announced that series production has begun at its Hyderabad manufacturing facility. The first deliveries will start in batches from October 7, 2026 which coincides with the brand’s second anniversary.
All the three variants will be delivered in planned phases while available in six colours namely Nova Blue, Teal Blue, Graphite Grey, Misty Green, Solar Red and Luna White. The electric scooter has completed 550+ Design Validation Plan (DVP) tests, including chassis dynamometer power testing, range testing, brake-pressure sensor validation and more.
The E3 Trion also underwent accelerated durability testing on a Cam Drum Test Rig with a 205 kg payload, along with water-wading tests at depths of 100 mm to 300 mm at varying speeds, heavy rainstorm and water-wash testing. Additionally, it was tested on a 260-km mixed-terrain round trip from Bengaluru to Hogenakkal and back, covering mountain roads, sharp bends, gradients and rough surfaces.

With production now underway and deliveries beginning in batches from October 7, which also marks our second anniversary, we are proud to take the E3 TRION from the test track to the road and begin this journey with our first 100 customers.”
The brand durther stated that the first 100 customers of the e-scooter will form E3’s founding-owner community. Each founding owner will receive a complimentary 8Y100K+ extended warranty for 8 years or 1 lakh kms, whichever is earlier, for the battery and key parts in the electric scooter along with E3 Wingman – one years’ RSA, both worth Rs 6500 for the 2.3 kWh battery in C1, and worth Rs 8500/- for the 3 kWh battery in C1x and C2.
While the base variant C1 is powered by a 2.3 kWh portable VOLTPORT battery pack and 108 km range, the C1x and C2 come equipped with a 3 kWh fixed battery which returns range of 165 km and 128 km, respectively. The E3 Trion offers up to 52 liters of storage across the boot, floorboard, and glove box. Apart from the two standard ride modes namely Eco and Power, the C2 gets an additional Sport mode which enables it to clock a top speed of 82 kmph.
