Jorge Lorenzo, the two time Moto GP World Champion, is coming to India. Yamaha’s factory team rider for the Moto GP Championship, Lorenzo will be riding at the Buddh International Circuit most probably on December 1, 2015.

Thirty lucky R3 customers will be selected for the R3 Owners meet- Ride with Jorge Lorenzo event. These 30 people will be selected by a lucky draw and they will be receiving an official invite from Yamaha India. However to be eligible for this lucky draw, one must have purchased a new R3 between August 11, 2015 and November 10, 2015.
The company will also be arranging for boarding and lodging of the winners for a day but travel chargers will have to be borne by the winners. Those who have not bought an R3 yet can also get an unique chance to test ride the bike at the Buddh International Circuit (How? we do not know yet!).

The Ninja 300 rival R3, which produces 42 PS of maximum power and 29.6 Nm of peak torque, is doing pretty well for Yamaha and according to the official SIAM sales data we have, the 321 cc motorcycle has sold 396 units till September 2015! With events like these, Yamaha is promoting the motorcycle among the enthusiasts and we need to see how Kawasaki responds….
