Some time back Steelbird, which calls itself as Asia’s largest helmet manufacturer, announced a partnership with the Italian apparel manufacturer Blauer. In a latest, the maker has officially announced the launch of Blauer POD in India.
Blauer Pod is an open face helmet that complies to ECE 22.05 and IS:4151 certifications. It is made of a lightweight fiberglass shell. Its interiors are made with REACH – European regulatory authority to check and protect the environment from harmful chemicals.
The Pod is a dual visor helmet which has an inner sun shield which is available in clear and smoke. There is a quick release mechanism buckle. Blauer Pod is available in two colors – Titanium and Black with different graphic designs – monochrome and stripes. Steelbird is offering it in four sizes – XS, S, M and L.
