Benelli is ready with its fifth motorcycle for India post the implementation of Bharat Stage 6 emission norms – the 502C.
The 502C is a swashbuckling cruiser that mimics the bigger Ducati xDiavel. As its name suggests, it is based on the company’s 500 platform that already spawns the TRK 502 siblings and the Leoncino in India. That also means that it will be the company’s third offering on this platform.
In an official invite, Benelli has revealed the launch date of its 502C. The launch is scheduled for tomorrow – 29th July 2021. It will be an online event that will be broadcast live on the official Twitter handle of Benelli India from 11:30 am. Bookings are already on.
Benelli will be promoting it as an Urban Cruiser and frankly it looks gorgeous in the pics. The flowing lines, mated to the muscle of the motorcycle make it look as brilliant as nothing else, in that segment in India.
Benelli TRK502 & Leoncino Get Costlier
We tried to hunt around a wee bit to understand Benelli’s pricing strategy of its 500s. The company’s UK website lists the TRK502X at £5799 whereas the 502C is placed very slightly below it – at £100 lesser.
