Bajaj’s Festival of Speed: First Racing Championship for Pulsar Owners – How to Participate

For the first time Bajaj, the country’s second largest motorcycle manufacturer, has announced that they will be conducting a racing championship for Pulsar owners called as the Festival of Speed. This event will start from March 5, 2016 and will organise races for all Pulsar owners with an engine displacement of 200 cc and higher. Apart from this, Pulsar RS200 owners will be given a special chance to get professionally trained in Chennai.

36 top Pulsar RS200 riders will be selected in all from 6 cities in equal number. Experts will be training them at the Madras Motor Race Track, Chennai for a day. The grand finale will be held at the same track. Entire cost of travel, lodging and training of the selected riders will be borne by the company.

The winner, apart from the Pulsar Cup, will win a cash reward of Rs 1 lakh. The grand finale is set to be held on April 16, 2016. Entry to the competition is free for all Bajaj customers.

Apart from this, Bajaj has also planned other events like skateboarding, stunt shows, bicycle motocross, DJ performances, rock concerts and much more. A special adventure zone will also be set up with food stalls, a beer cafe and a riding gear store.

How to Participate?

  • You just need to reach the respective venue and register on the spot.
  • Do remember that registrations will be based on first come first served basis and if they have set a target of ‘x’ riders only and more turn up they may deny your participation.

This is the first time Bajaj is organising such kind of an event in the country. The company hopes to engage more than 40,000 riders this year for this competition.
