Touted as the Pulsar 375, the biggest Pulsar with Duke 390’s 375 cc mill has been a point of interest for all biking aficionados in the country. And in a latest, according to unconfirmed bits we have come to know that Bajaj may showcase the big Pulsar at the Auto Expo tomorrow.

KTM RC390 sports a 373.2 cc single cylinder, water-cooled 4-stroker capable of 43 bhp. When you factor in the weight of the bike at a mere 147 kg (dry), you could make out the kind of mayhem the machine is capable of. A detuned version (40 bhp?) of the same engine would be doing duties aboard the fully-faired Pulsar 375.
While the RC390 is a devoted track racer that you can use on public roads, the Pulsar 375 is expected to be more of a fast sports-tourer designed for longer riding spells and better fuel economy. The spy shots abounds the upcoming fully-clothed 375 and looking at the snaps makes it quite evident that the bike is more similar in geometry to the Honda CBR 250R than the RC versions of KTM.
Bajaj is capable of delivering a stunner of a bike as has been proved by the naked 200NS. The leaked grainy online images of the Pulsar 375 show the bike to be quite a looker. The riding stance looks less committed; there is ample room for a pillion; and the tall windshield all point to a perky intercity and weekend getaway kit. Being a Bajaj, one can also hope that the 375 won’t weigh heavy on the wallet either.
Keep Tuned and check out our complete coverage of the Expo starting tomorrow morning.
