Just 4 more days to go for Hyosung’s rival to hit the Indian market. Yes, I’m referring to the Kawasaki Ninja 650R. Since the day, the teaser was all set and begun being played in the Bajaj India website, I was interested to know how is Bajaj gonna price it.
Now, perfectly planned, it seems like Bajaj have decided to price the Ninja 650R at 4.5 lakhs (Ex showroom, New Delhi). We expected the 650R to be priced slightly at a premium price against its rival Hyosung GT650R, which was still worth the buck. Now, there is gonna be a head on rivalry between the two players who deal with 650cc bike segment in India, as of now. Unlike the case of Ninja 250R, which was priced at more than a lakh of Rupees compared with its competitor Honda CBR 250R, this bike is priced probably with the sole intention of dominating this segment.
This segment truly has a lot of potential in the near future. Ideally suited for racing and to explore the true biking spirit, these bikes are amazing to deal with. This Ninja 650R will be available in India in just two colours namely the Lime Green and Ebony which is nothing but the Black, just as in the case of Ninja 250R.
So, if you have an idea of booking a bike in the 600cc segment, wait for just 4 more days to see what wonders this Kwakker has gotta do in the Indian market with its amazing and unbelievable price tag. If Refined Aggression is really only 4 days ahead, isn’t it really worth the wait.
