Bajaj Finally Upgrades the Pulsar Series With New Color Schemes

The wait is finally over guys. The question which maximum number of people has ever asked me is not ‘What is your name?’ But, it is ‘When is the next generation pulsar gonna be launched?’ Here it is finally.

Pulsar is a brand which every single guy would have admired at some point of his life. The first model of Pulsar which housed round speedo dial with no fairing was once a dream for everybody. It was in fact considered to be a status symbol at the time of launch. To add to its looks, the tag line spoke a lot about the bike. ‘Definitely Male’ is indeed what this bike really is.

As I mentioned above, the Pulsar series is now upgraded. But, it cannot be exactly called an upgrade as there are no performance tweaks except new dual shade colour scheme and graphics as against the single colour scheme of the older one.

The latest colour scheme will adore all the Pulsar variants viz Pulsar 150, 180 and the 220 cc. But, mypulsar website has only updated this upgraded version for the 180 and the 220 cc variant. Similarly, black coloured handle bars goes standard in all variants.

Out of the three colours  in the 200 cc variant, the black colour still resembles the old one as there is no another extra colour that is incorporated into this.  The three colours are Plasma Blue with Black, Cocktail Wine Red with Black and Midnight Black.  For colours which are of dual colour schemes, black is found along the front headlamp fairing and the rear half of the bike. The side fairing sees some new graphic design and a similar design along the rear. The orange colour Pulsar which was revealed a few months back is no more available with the current colour scheme.

The colour of the swingarm is also new and looks cooler than the old one. Its new matte grey in colour and this new thought also continues to the engine cowl. “The decals have added a new dimension to the look of the Pulsar, making it more aggressive and sporty. These decals along with the engine colour scheme give the Pulsar a fresh and unique feel.” said Mr. R. Chandrasekar – GM – Marketing & Sales, Bajaj Auto Ltd.

Pulsar lovers will find this new variant of the bike sexier and this brand has always been the best seller for Bajaj and now sales will more likely go up again. Are you impressed with this new colour scheme of the Pulsar? If you have something to say, leave your thought in the form of words below.

You can find more details on the MyPulsar website which is dedicated exclusively to Bajaj Pulsar Series.
