Ather Energy has almost doubled its service centres in FY26 from 277 to 500 outlets across the Indian market
Ather Energy has expanded its service touchpoints to 500 outlets in the Indian market. The pure EV brand claims that it now has a service centre in every city where it has a sales dealership. The company plans to have more than 700 service centres across the country by the end of FY26 (March 2026). Ather Energy has 600 such touchpoints for service support across Tier-1, Tier-2, and emerging cities as of Dec 31, 2025. The Bengaluru-based EV startup retails the 450 performance line and the Rizta family scooters in the domestic market.
Ather Energy has almost doubled the numbers of its service centres in FY26 so far from 277 to 500 outlets. The Gold Service Centres offer modern lounge facility to the customers while servicing is carried out via advanced equipment and streamlined process to ensure transparency and reliability. The company has also introduced ExpressCare initiative with 60-minute periodic maintenance service at 82 centres in India.
Commenting on the milestone, Ravneet Singh Phokela, Chief Business Officer, Ather Energy, said, “Crossing 500 service centres is an important milestone as we continue to scale our retail footprint and customer base across the country. From the early days, we have focused on building service capacity alongside sales because reliable after-sales support is a core part of the overall ownership experience. As our presence grows, having a strong service network becomes even more critical. Our focus is on ensuring that riders have access to trained technicians, transparent processes, and consistent service quality wherever they are.”

Apart from the service centres, Ather Energy has the country’s largest two-wheeler fast-charging network in the form of Ather Grid. It has over 4,357 fast-charging points and neighbourhood chargers globally as of December 31, 2025. Not only Ather’s own electric scooters namely the Rizta and 450, but also Hero MotoCorp’s Vida range of e-scooters can be fast charged through these points.
Recently, Ather Energy announced discounts of over Rs 20,000 on the purchase of its electric scooters till March 31, 2026. It includes a cash discount of Rs 6,500 and credit card cashback of Rs 10,000. Furthermore, the customers will also be provided with an extended components warranty worth Rs 3,500 at zero cost on the purchase of any Ather electric scooter.

These discounts and benefits have brought down the starting price of Ather Rizta range to Rs 1.05 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). On the other hand, Ather 450 series will now be available from Rs 1.13 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). Besides these benefits, the customers will also get PM E-Drive subsidy of Rs 5,000 which is coming to an end from March 31, 2026.
