Akrapovic Announces 25 Limited Edition Exhaust Systems

Akrapovic, the Slovenian motorcycle exhaust specialists, who have recently also ventured into car exhaust systems, are celebrating their 25th anniversary. The dream of Igor Akrapovic lives on and has helped thousands of racers and motorcyclists. To commemorate this feat the company has launched a very limited edition range of 25 exhausts.

Akrapovic will be donating them to charity. They will be auctioned to raise funds for various charities. Bearing the signature heat resistant black paint and ultra lightweight titanium muffler, these 25 pieces are nothing less than works of art!

A special logo too has been developed for this 25th anniversary and it will be embossed on these exhausts. Also present will be a number which will not only identify which one of the exhausts it is, but verify the rareness of these exquisite collectors’ pieces. Some parts of the system will also get special nano coating which will make sure that the exhaust remains as good as new even after use. However, we expect them to end up as a trophy for most collectors.

Here’s what Igor, the founder had to say about the anniversary:

“This is not only a momentous event for the company, but also a very happy and rewarding one on a personal note for me. When I started making exhausts for myself and some racing friends back in the early nineties, I never envisaged that the company would become what it has, or achieve so much in both the commercial and racing worlds. I am delighted to be able to celebrate the company’s first quarter of a century, and I hope that the next 25 years and beyond are just as successful.”
