Hyderabad becomes the second city in India after Bengaluru where the all-electric motorcycle has gone on sale after its market launch
Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 sales have commenced in yet another city in India after Bengaluru. The all-electric motorcycle will now be available to the customers in Hyderabad as it becomes only the second city in India. The brand has commenced sales operations in the Southern city with four customer touchpoints, which include one company store and three additional stores. The Flying Flea C6 has been priced at Rs 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom) while it can also be purchased at a relatively lower upfront cost of Rs 1.99 lakh using BaaS (Battery-as-a-Service) model.
As part of its hub-and-spoke ownership ecosystem, Royal Enfield has inaugurated a brand new company store at Erragadda Main Rd in Hyderabad for specialised technical support. In addition, three new stores (spoke centres) namely Taurus Motors, Bolt Motorcycles and SVR Motors have been opened in Vanasthalipuram, LLP Hi-Tech City and Kondapur, respectively, to ensure routine service and maintenance requirements.
The Flying Flea C6 is available in three colour options – Storm Black, Flea Green and Parachute White. Recently, it was launched in Europe and the UK with stores in Paris, Barcelona, Berlin, Rome and London. The FF C6, Royal Enfield’s first-ever electric motorcycle, has been created by a team of 200+ engineers across India and the UK while backed by 45+ patent applications.
It has been developed entirely in-house at the Flying Flea Tech Centre. The first deliveries of the FF C6 commenced from June 2026 in Bengaluru. Some of the notable features onboard the Flying Flea C6 are lean-angle sensing ABS, traction control, tip-over alert, live location sharing, connectivity via WiFi, Bluetooth and 4G, forged aluminium Girder front fork and round coloured touchscreen instrument cluster.
The Flying Flea C6 also boasts of remote monitoring, connected navigation, over-the-air (OTA) updates, removable pillion seat and adjustable footpeg positions. It comes with three charging modes namely Rapid, Standard and Trickle. It is offered with an onboard charger which takes around 1 minute for 1 percent charge through a standard 16 Amp wall outlet. The 20-80 percent battery charging takes around 65 mins.
Powered by a 3.91 kWh lithium-ion battery in magnesium casing, the Flying Flea C6 has max power of 20.6 bhp at 3500 rpm and peak torque of 60 Nm. Royal Enfield has stated that the riders get over 400 Nm of wheel torque. Tipping the weighing scale at merely 124 kg, the C6 has a top speed of 115 kmph. It is claimed to return an IDC range of 154 km on a full charge.
