Honda 2-Wheelers India recently launched the QC3 electric scooter in the Indian market. It is the brand’s third all-electric model in India after the Activa e: and QC1. The mass-market family e-scooter was previewed a couple of months back in July 2026 at a media event in our country and now it finally goes on sale in five cities namely Delhi, Agra, Cuttack, Surat and Kollam through select Honda RedWing dealerships. Honda QC3 will directly rival Ather Konarc, which is yet another newly launched electric scooter. Hence, in this piece, we will carry out a detailed comparison between the two family e-scooters, including the price, battery pack and range.
Honda QC3 vs Ather Konarc: Price
Honda QC3 will be available in the Indian market at a sticker price of Rs 1.35 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). On the other hand, Ather Konarc was introduced in a price range of Rs 99,999-1,44,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). We believe that Honda could have announced a more aggressive introductory price initially as the on-road price of the e-scooter is likely to surpass Rs 1.50 lakh in most of the cities.
Honda QC3 vs Ather Konarc: Variants and Deliveries
While the QC3 has been rolled out in a single-fully loaded variant, the Konarc is offered in a total of six variants across S and Z trim levels. The S series will be available with three battery pack options of 2.1 kWh, 2.7 kWh and 3.5 kWh at price points of 99,999, Rs 1.22 lakh, and Rs 1.45 lakh, respectively. The deliveries of the Konarc S 2.1 kWh are scheduled to commence from Q1 2027 while Konarc S 2.7 kWh and Konarc S 3.5 kWh are readily available at Ather dealerships.
There will also be a range-topping variant with 200 km IDC range in the Konarc S line-up but its pricing has not been announced yet while deliveries begin from Q3 2027. As for the Konarc Z series, it gets two variants with 2.7 kWh and 3.5 kWh battery options. Both of these variants will be handed over to the buyers from Q2 2027. So, as we can see, while availablity of the QC3 is initially limited to just five cities in India, only two variants of the Konarc are ready for delivery as of now.
Honda QC3 vs Ather Konarc: Features
Ather Konarc rides on 14-inch front and 12-inch rear alloy wheels. Some of the noteworthy highlights of the e-scooter are illuminated Ather branding, animated wraparound lamps, padded grab rail, adjustable backrest with lumbar support, sequential gear-drive transmission, Advanced Electronic Braking System, SmartWake, MagicKey, AutoPop, and AirWalk.
On the other hand, Honda QC3 comes loaded with several modern bells and whistles in the form of 5-inch instrument cluster with TFT screen, Honda RoadSync, turn-by-turn navigation, 32L underseat storage area and Smart Key. As clearly visible, the Konarc is way ahead of the QC3 in terms of latest features and tech.
Honda QC3 vs Ather Konarc: Battery and Range
Ather Konarc S is presented with three battery pack options of 2.1 kWh, 2.7 kWh and 3.5 kWh while returning IDC range of 100 km, 125 km, and 161 km, respectively. There will also be a range-topping variant with 200 km IDC range. Ather Konarc Z comes in two variants with 2.7 kWh and 3.5 kWh battery options with range of 125 km and 161 km, respectively, in the Indian market.
The QC3 is powered by a 3.0 kWh battery pack which returns an IDC range of 145 km on a full charge. The e-scooter takes around 2 hours and 40 minutes for a 0-80 percent charge while a full juice up takes approx four hours. While the Konarc offers several range options to the customers as per their daily run, the QC3 rigidly gets only one range choice.
