New-Gen Bajaj Pulsar 125, Pulsar 150 India Launch on Aug 24

The new-gen Pulsars have already reached Bajaj showrooms and the formal price announcement could take place on Aug 24, 2026

Bajaj Auto has confirmed the launch of new-gen Pulsar Classic range on Aug 24, 2026 in the Indian market. The new teaser comes out with “Gear Up For What’s Next” tagline while showing the current-gen model with the shadow of the all-new motorcycle, hinting at a generational shift. The new-gen Pulsar 125 and Pulsar 150 have already been spotted at Bajaj dealerships ahead of the official launch. The new-gen Pulsar Classic duo has been rolled out with refreshed styling, new chassis and modern features.

The new-gen Bajaj Pulsar 125 will flaunt a redesigned LED headlight and partially tweaked front fender. The position of the registration plate has been changed too as it now sits on top of the headlight. The windscreen has been retained from the outgoing model as it didn’t require any revisions and remained one of the most striking features of the Pulsar 125. In addition, the dual-shock rear suspension has gone for a toss in favour of an advanced and upmarket mono-shock unit.

One of the biggest changes come in the form of a modern toe-only gearshifter which replaces the toe-and-heel unit. The tank shrouds flaunt a refreshed design to lend a highly muscular look to the new-gen Pulsar 125. A few other subtle updates in the bike include plastic chain cover, dual-tone exhaust pipe, premium split grab rails, redesigned pillion footpegs, and restyled tail-lights.

It borrows the 5-inch TFT instrument console from the recently launched Pulsar N160 SS. The new TFT display supports Bluetooth Smartphone connectivity with the riders having access to turn-by-turn navigation, calls alert, and SMS notifications. However, it misses out on Google Maps Mirroring, which is one of the most premium features of the N160 SS. A special mention goes to the Type-C charging sport and hazard lights.

Bajaj had earlier updated the Pulsar 150 in Dec 2025 with new LED headlamp and LED turn indicators. In addition, refreshed colours and updated graphics were also introduced with the bike. However, this time around, the updates are not only cosmetic in nature but they also include mechanical overhaul, as the new-gen model is said to be sitting on a new chassis and swingarm.

The front fascia is tweaked with a new LED headlamp setup and LED DRLs. The most prominent update comes in the form of a new LED tail-lamp cluster, which has been modified for the first time in nearly two decades of the bike’s existence in our country. The exhaust pipe has also been restyled for a sportier appearance. The fuel tank shrouds are also fresh. The Pulsar 150 also gets rid of the twin-shock rear suspension in favour of a modern and upscale mono-shock unit.
