Studds Nardo Grey Limited Edition Launched in India, Only 1947 Units

The limited-edition Nardo Grey series will be available across seven helmets in both gloss and matt finishes

Studds has launched the limited-edition Nardo Grey series across seven helmets in the Indian market. Being limited to only 1,947 units, it has been offered in both gloss and matt finishes. Studds Nardo Grey limited-edition helmets are now available with company authorised dealers across the country while they reach the retail outlets shortly. The riders can also visit the official brand website for more info on the same. Rolled out in a Grey colour, it has been kept limited to 1,947 units to mark India’s 80th Independence Day.

Nardo Grey takes inspiration from the Nardo Ring, which is a high-speed test circuit in southern Italy. It first appeared on the Audi R8 and became a defining colour of European performance car culture. The launch of the limited-edition Nardo Grey series on the occasion of India’s Independence Day is not coincidental but logical as Grey is also the operational colour of India’s defence forces.

Speaking on the launch, Mr. Sidhartha Bhushan Khurana, Managing Director, STUDDS Accessories Ltd., said, “Our armed forces embody the ultimate expression of strength, discipline, and silent resilience. With The Colour of Honour, we wanted to bring that same ethos to everyday riders. The Nardo Grey range is a tribute to the tactical aesthetics of our defence forces and a commitment to providing world-class safety to every motorcyclist in India.”

The seven helmets covered under the Nardo Grey colour range will be Helios, Trooper, Ninja Elite Super, Drifter, Raider Super, Vogue and Ray Super. Every helmet in the Nardo Grey edition meets Indian Safety Standards (ISI/BIS), with two models also carrying DOT certification. The range features high-impact thermoplastic outer shells, regulated-density EPS liners, and UV-resistant lacquer.

In addition, these helmets also get hypoallergenic breathable comfort padding and quick-release micro-metric chin strap buckles. “The Nardo Grey series is the product centrepiece of “#TheColourOfHonour”, STUDDS’ Independence Day campaign running across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The campaign is also marking the occasion by supporting a group of riders on a journey from Bihar to Nepal: a celebration of the road, the country, and the freedom both represent,” read the official statement.
