The domestic sales recorded a strong double-digit YoY growth of 38 percent as 1,05,317 units were sold in July 2026
Royal Enfield has registered sales of over 1.18 lakh units in July 2026 with a healthy YoY growth of 34 percent as 88,045 units were retailed during the same month last year. The domestic sales grew by 38 percent on a YoY basis with volumes increasing from 76,254 units in July 2025 to 1,05,317 units in July 2026. The exports also posted a YoY growth of 10 percent as Royal Enfield shipped 12,915 made-in-India motorcycles in July 2026 as compared to 11,791 units during the corresponding month last year.
Recently, Royal Enfield posted its highest-ever quarterly sales in Q1 FY27 (Apr-Jun 2026) with a YoY growth of 27 percent. The brand dispatched 332,940 motorcycles in Q1 FY27 against 261,326 motorcycles in the corresponding quarter last year. The Chennai-based two-wheeler brand also stated that the Board of Directors have approved an investment of Rs 1,225 crores for the Phase I of the Greenfield expansion in Andhra Pradesh.
This facility, upon full utilisation, can produce an additional 4.5 lakh motorcycles per year. Royal Enfield’s new manufacturing plant is expected to be fully operational by FY 2029-30, subject to market conditions. The new production facility in Tirupati is being built with a total investment of approximately Rs 2,500 crores. Presently, Royal Enfield has annual manufacturing capacity of around 14.6 Lakh motorcycles at the factory in Tamil Nadu.

Speaking about the performance for July 2026, B. Govindarajan, Managing Director – Eicher Motors Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer – Royal Enfield, said, “July was another strong month for us, marked by steady performance in our core motorcycle portfolio and an extremely encouraging response to our first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6. To meet the rising interest and ensure seamless support for FF.C6, we are adding new Flying Flea retail sales and service outlets in Bengaluru.”
Royal Enfield expanded the Flying Flea dealership network by inaugurating 10 new retail touchpoints across Bengaluru. The first Flying Flea showroom was opened in Jayanagar in April 2026. Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6, first all-electric motorcycle from the brand, is available at a price point of Rs 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom) while the customers can also avail the FF C6 at a relatively lower upfront cost of Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom), albeit with Baas (Battery-as-a-Service) model.
In addition, Royal Enfield launched the 2026 Classic 350 last month at a starting price of Rs 1.87 lakh (ex-showroom) in the Indian market. It was offered with multiple new features in the form of Assist and Slipper Clutch and a USB Type-C Fast Charging port in all the dual-channel ABS variants. Priced between Rs 1.87-2.23 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), it can be purchased in nine colour schemes.
