The American brand’s entry-level motorcycle in India has become more expensive by Rs 1,000-5,000, depending on the variant
Harley-Davidson has hiked the prices of the X440 range in the Indian market. The American brand’s entry-level motorcycle is offered in three trims namely Vivid, S and T in our country. While the Vivid and S have been on sale for quite some time in the domestic market, the X440 T was launched in Dec 2025 as the latest addition to the variant line-up. Harley-Davidson X440 price hike ranges between Rs 1,000-5,000, depending on the variant. It rivals the likes of Triumph Tracker 400, Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Honda CB350RS.
Starting with the base grade Vivid, it receives a nominal upward revision in price by Rs 1,000. Henceforth, it will be retailed at Rs 2.36 lakh as compared to the previous sticker price of Rs 2.35 lakh. The price of the mid-spec S trim has been increased by Rs 4,000 and going forward, it will be available at a price point of Rs 2.59 lakh. Till now, it was sold at Rs 2.55 lakh.
Last but not the least, the range-topping T variant gets the highest hike in price by Rs 5,000 and from now onwards, it will cost Rs 2.84 lakh against the previous price of Rs 2.79 lakh. All the prices mentioned in this article are ex-showroom. Hence, as we can see, the X440 T bears the maximum brunt of this price hike exercise in the Indian market.

Harley-Davidson X440 can be availed at Hero Premia dealerships across the country. It comes with multiple advanced features in the form of Ride by Wire throttle, Switchable Traction Control, Ride Modes (Rain and Road) and Switchable Rear ABS. The bike is also equipped with first-in-segment Panic Braking Alert feature which activates all indicators to the traffic behind as soon as the deceleration is higher than 2.4m/s
Apart from adding modern features in the new X440 T, Harley-Davidson also presented it with a restyled rear sub-frame as the bike boasts of an all-new rear section with grab handles. The entire X440 variant line-up boasts of alloy wheels as standard fitment as the Denim grade with wire-spoke wheels has already been phased out. It is available in four colour schemes namely Black, Red, Blue and White.

At the heart, the X440 T has the same 440cc single-cylinder air/oil-cooled petrol engine which generates top power of 27 bhp and peak torque of 38 Nm. The engine is paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The X440 was originally launched two and a half years back in July 2023 in the Indian market.
