Bajaj’s first adventure motorcycle will be introduced under an all-new sub-brand by the end of 2026 in the Indian market
We earlier reported you that Bajaj will launch its first adventure motorcycle this year in the Indian market. Now, the upcoming Bajaj adventure bike has been spotted testing for the first time on Indian roads, albeit with heavy camouflage. It could be aimed at entry-level ADV motorcycles such as Hero Xpulse 200 4V, KTM 250 Adventure and TVS RTX 300. The spy images reveal that Bajaj’s ADV bike is almost production-ready with a KTM 390 Enduro-inspired silhouette as it is likely to go on sale by the end of 2026.
Some of the stunning design elements visible in the spy pics include a sleek fuel tank, long single-piece rally-type seat, upswept exhaust and front beak. The rear profile take styling cues from the Pulsar range with the split LED lighting setup at the center stage. Multiple components appear to have been borrowed from the KTM range of motorcycles, but nothing concrete can be stated yet.
Since the upcoming Bajaj adventure bike was captured on camera alongside the Pulsar N250, there is a strong possibility that it could be using the same 249cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine which generates max power of 24.1 bhp and peak torque of 21.5 Nm. However, the engine crankcase tells a different story altogether. It might also be running on KTM-sourced 250cc/350cc engine.

The hardware is on expected lines of an ADV bike such as long-travel front and rear suspension. It could be rolled out with telescopic front forks and the link-type monoshock rear suspension. Though nothing is certain, but we strongly believe it to be riding on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheels with tubed tyres. Going by the hardware, it looks more of a dual-sport off-roader rather than an adventure tourer.
Bajaj is working on a family of adventure bikes under a new sub-brand as we have seen Hero MotoCorp doing it with electric scooters by introducing Vida. It is still not known whether the upcoming Bajaj adventure bike will be kept limited to the Indian market with a 200-300cc engine, or it could also go on sale in Latin America in the popular 150-160cc engine.

Bajaj could offer a handful of premium features in the ADV bike in the form of all-LED lighting and TFT display. However, it is likely that the Pune-based two-wheeler brand will launch it with an aggressive pricing of below Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom).
