Royal Enfield has an extensive model line-up for FY27 which includes all-new motorcycles as well as facelifts to existing popular bikes

Royal Enfield is all set to launch 18 new motorcycles in FY27 (Apr 2026 – Mar 2027) in the Indian market. This will include 5 all-new models while the remaining 13 will be updates to its existing motorcycle line-up. The five new motorcycles confirmed to launch by March 2027 in India are Bullet 650, Scram 450, Himalayan 440, Continental GT 750 and Himalayan 750. However, the brand’s second electric motorcycle – the Flying Flea S6 – will go on sale in April 2027 which marks the beginning of FY28 in the country. Lets talk in detail about the Royal Enfield bikes launching in FY27.

Royal Enfield Bullet 650

Having its world premiere at the EICMA 2025 in Italy, the Bullet 650 will be positioned below the Classic 650 in the brand’s lineup with prices likely to start from Rs 3.50 lakh (ex-showroom). It will be available in two colour schemes namely Canon Black and Battleship Blue while riding on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoke wheels. The bike made its first public appearance at the Motoverse 2025 (Goa) in the Indian market.

At the heart, Royal Enfield Bullet 650 has the same 648cc parallel-twin petrol engine which belts out top power of 46.4 bhp at 7250 rpm and peak torque of 52.3 Nm at 5650 rpm. The engine is linked to a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch. A few notable features include adjustable levers, aluminium-polished switchgear, semi-digital instrument cluster with LCD display, dual-channel ABS and USB type-C charging slot.

Royal Enfield Scram 450

Internally codenamed as K2K, the Scram 450 is slated to go on sale by early 2027 while positioned between the Guerrilla 450 and Himalayan 450 in the Indian market. It will be pitted against Triumph Scrambler 400 X/XC models as it is likely to be priced around Rs 2.75 lakh (ex-showroom). Despite being powered by the same 452cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled Sherpa engine, the Scram 450 will come with revised chassis and distinct design language.

Royal Enfield Scram 450 will be offered with dual-purpose tyres as standard. The motorcycle will boast of switchable dual-channel ABS, riding modes and slip & assist clutch as features. It will get a new scooped single-piece seat and tail section to maintain its individuality while the fuel tank will be identical to the Guerrilla 450. The bike will share the round TFT instrument cluster with the Bear 650 as the riders will have access to turn-by-turn navigation through integrated Google Maps.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 440

The Himalayan 440 will be positioned between the Scram 440 and Himalayan 450 in RE portfolio in India. Internally codenamed as D4G, it will be the spiritual successor to the Himalayan 411 which was discontinued in late 2023 after the arrival of Himalayan 450. The ADV bike will use the same platform and engine as the Scram 440, but styling will be inspired by the Himalayan 411.

It is slated to launch in the second half of 2026 in the Indian market. We expect the upcoming Himalayan 440 to have a lower seat height and lesser price than the Himalayan 450. While switchable ABS and Tripper navigation pod could make it to the feature list, it is likely to miss out on ride modes and traction control. At the heart, it will have the Scram 440’s 443cc single-cylinder air/oil-cooled engine with a 6-speed gearbox.

Royal Enfield Continental 750

Royal Enfield will foray into the 750cc segment of motorcycles with the Continental 750, which was spied undisguised a few days back in Chennai. It was also showcased at the EICMA 2025 in race-spec version. The overall styling of the cafe-racer model will be on the similar lines as the smaller Continental GT 650 with twin upswept exhausts, rear-set footpegs, clip-on handlebars and upright riding posture.

The Continental 750 will boast of dual disc brakes at front, which will be a first for any Royal Enfield bike till date. It is expected to ride on 17-inch alloy wheels which could be shared with the GT 650. The single-pod instrument cluster with TFT screen and modern features could be borrowed from the Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450. At the heart, it will house a 750cc parallel-twin engine which will be developed from the existing 650cc engine with power output in the ballpark of 50-55 bhp.
