The upcoming motorcycles from Classic Legends would include new models in the BSA, Jawa and Yezdi range in the Indian market
Classic Legends recently launched the 2026 Yezdi Scrambler 350 and BSA Scrambler 650 in the Indian market. The brand has been rolling out a new model in every three months in the country. Now, we have learnt that it will introduce as many as four new motorcycles in India in FY27. Without naming the bikes, the company said that it will further bolster its presence in the 350cc and higher-capacity segments with the launch of multiple new models by March 2027. Though we have a fair amount of idea on the upcoming motorcycles and we will shed some light on them in this piece.
Classic Legends could expand the BSA portfolio from two bikes to four in the coming months by entering into the 350cc space. Presently, BSA has presence only in the 650cc segment with models like Gold Star 650 and Scrambler 650. The company is all set to launch the Thunderbolt 350 adventure motorcycle in this fiscal in India to take on the likes of KTM 250 Adventure and Suzuki V-Strom SX.
BSA Thunderbolt 350 had its world premiere at the EICMA 2025 in Italy. Classic Legends has revived the ‘Thunderbolt’ nameplate after more than 50 years as it was discontinued way back in 1972. Remembered as a capable adventure tourer, it was built for long journeys as well as off-roading. Hence, it seems quite fitting that the company has christened its first-ever adventure motorcycle as the Thunderbolt in the modern era.

Some of the notable features onboard the Thunderbolt 350 are traction control, three ABS modes (Rain, Road, Off-Road), slip and assist clutch, all-digital instrument cluster, turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth connectivity and USB charging slot. It is powered by the same 334cc single cylinder liquid-cooled petrol engine with max power of 28.8 bhp and peak torque of 29.6 Nm, while mated to a 6-speed gearbox. We have seen this engine with several Jawa and Yezdi motorcycles in India.
Another BSA 350cc motorcycle planned for the Indian market is the Bantam 350 which had its global debut in July 2025 at the Bike Shed Moto Show In London. Essentially the rebadged version of the Jawa 42 FJ, which is sold at a starting price of Rs 1.94 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), it pays homage to the original Bantam of World War II era used by the military.

The other couple of motorcycles could be the facelifted versions of the existing Jawa and Yezdi motorcycles. The company has the tendency of introducing small yet meaninigful visual updates to its existing line-up of bikes, something which we witnessing over the last few years. Hence, it could present the current motorcycles with new colours and refreshed graphics in this financial year.
