Ola S1 X+ 5.2 kWh has been positioned above the S1 X+ 4 kWh in the brand’s portfolio, which is priced at Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom)
Ola Electric has launched the S1 X+ 5.2 kWh at an introductory price of Rs 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom) in the Indian market. However, this introductory pricing is valid only untill April 15, 2026. Ola S1 X+ 5.2 kWh is powered by the company’s indigenously self-developed 4680 Bharat Cell. It comes with a range of 320 km on a full charge while clocking a top speed of 125 kmph. The new electric scooter will be positioned above the S1 X+ 4 kWh in the brand’s portfolio, which is priced at Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom).
Ola Electric Spokesperson, said, “With S1 X+ 5.2 kWh, we are taking our 4680 Bharat Cell to the mass market at scale. The same technology platform we built for our most advanced products is now powering a scooter designed for much wider EV adoption. This is exactly what vertical integration enables – the ability to innovate deeply, scale quickly, and bring our best technology to more and more customers, faster. S1 X+ 5.2 kWh is where performance, range and scale come together, and is another important step towards making EVs accessible to every Indian.”
Ola S1 X+ 5.2 kWh comes with front disc brake and Brake-by-Wire technology as standard. The battery pack is attached to a mid-drive motor with an integrated MCU which generates maximum power of 14.7 bhp. Presently, the Bengaluru-based all-electric brand retails S1 Pro+ in 5.2 kWh and 4 kWh configurations at price points of Rs 1.80 lakh and Rs 1.60 lakh, respectively.
In addition, Ola S1 Pro is available with 4 kWh and 3 kWh battery packs at 1.40 lakh and Rs 1.20 lakh, respectively. Last but not the least, the mass-market Gen 3 S1 X range comes with 2 kWh, 3 kWh, and 4 kWh battery options at Rs 84,999, Rs 88,999, and Rs 1.05 lakh, respectively. Ola has the widest and most diverse electric scooter portfolio in India with as many as 9 models with different battery size and range.
The company’s Roadster motorcycle portfolio comprises Roadster X+ in 4.5 kWh and 9.1 kWh configurations at prices of Rs 1.35 lakh and Rs 1.85 lakh, respectively. On the other hand, Ola Roadster X is available in 2.5 kWh, 3.5 kWh, and 4.5 kWh configurations at Rs 1.05 lakh, Rs 1.15 lakh, and Rs 1.30 lakh, respectively. All the prices mentioned before are ex-showroom.
Recently, the ‘Champions Edition’ of the S1 Pro+ 5.2 kWh and Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh were launched in the Indian market at Rs 1,85,338 and Rs 1,84,999, respectively. The duo was presented in a vibrant blue livery with orange accents, which matches the colour of the Indian cricket team’s jersey.
