Suzuki e-Access is locally developed at the brand’s factory in Gurgaon, Haryana. The bookings for the electric scooter commenced on Jan 9, 2026 across the country. It can also be purchased through Flipkart e-commerce platform. The e-scooter directly rivals Ather 450 Apex, TVS iQube ST and Ola S1 Pro+ in the Indian market. It was learnt that Suzuki sold 230 units of the e-Access in the first month of its launch in Jan 2026.

Some of the notable features onboard the e-Access include all-LED lighting setup, dual-tone alloy wheels, lightweight chassis with an aluminium battery case, and 17L underseat storage area. It has inner pockets in the front apron to store small belongings. The multi-function starter switch is fitted as standard to unlock/lock the seat, handle, and charging inlet lid.
Powered by a 3 kWh fixed Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery pack, Suzuki e-Access has a range of 95 km on a single charge. Suzuki claims that the LFP battery offers up to four times longer battery life than Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) batteries. The battery pack is connected to a 4.1 kW electric motor which pumps out torque of 15 Nm. The brand further states that the e-Access ensures seamless acceleration even at 10 percent State of Charge (SOC).

The electric scooter can be charged at 240 DC fast chargers set up by the brand across the country.
