Hero HF, Passion Plus, Splendor Plus Prices Hiked

The entry-level commuter motorcycles in Hero’s portfolio have witnessed a modest hike in price due to higher production costs

Hero MotoCorp has silently increased the prices of its 100-125cc commuter range of motorcycles in the Indian market. These models include HF 100, HF Deluxe, Passion Plus and Splendor Plus. The prices of these daily-use commuter bikes have been hiked by up to Rs 750 in the country. As the rise in price is quite ordinary, it is unlikely to influence buying decisions. Though the exact reason behind this silent hike in price is not revealed by the brand, we believe the exercise has been carried out to offset higher production costs.
