Honda will introduce several new bikes in the 300-1000cc space in the Indian market, including the E-Clutch versions of its existing models
Honda 2-Wheelers India delivered a mixed performance last year in the domestic market. While the newly-launched models such as Shine 100 DX and CB125 Hornet received overwhelming response from the buyers, the all-electric Activa and QC1 scooters failed to create any buzz among the customers. Now, we have learnt that Honda will launch multiple new motorcycles this year in the Indian market. Hence, in this piece, we will talk in detail about the 4 upcoming Honda bikes in 2026-27 in India.
1. Honda Rebel 300
It will be the most keenly-awaited model from Honda this year in the Indian market. It has been learnt that a localised version of the Rebel 300 will go on sale by mid 2026 in India. The bobber-styled cruiser motorcycle shares a lot of components with the CB300R, including the same 286cc single-cylinder engine. Tipping the weighing scale at 170 kg, Honda Rebel 300 has a saddle height of 690 mm.

Riding on 16-inch alloy wheels, the Rebel 300 also comes with E-Clutch system which ensures shifting of gears without manual operation of clutch lever. Some of the notable features onboard the bike are all-LED lighting, LCD instrument cluster, front and rear disc brakes, telescopic front forks, twin shock rear suspension and 6-speed transmission.
2. Honda CB1000F
The latest version of the retro-styled CB1000F was unveiled last year in Oct. It is believed that Honda will bring it to the Indian shores in the later half of 2026 to strengthen its big bike portfolio. The design highlights of the CB1000F include sculpted fuel tank, dual horns, bold graphics on side panels, megaphone-style exhaust pipe and classic round headlamp.

It is powered by a heavily reworked engine of the CB1000 Hornet. Honda CB1000F uses the 999cc four-cylinder powertrain which develops top power of 122 bhp at 9000 rpm and torque of 103 Nm at 8000 rpm. The chassis has been revised too for the different look and ergonomics. Honda could price the CB1000F higher than the Hornet SP, as seen in the global markets.
3. Honda NX500 E-Clutch
Honda presented the E-Clutch version of the NX500 at the EICMA 2025 in Milan, Italy. Now, the same is being readied for the Indian market. The bike comes equipped with a 471cc parallel twin engine which generates max power of 47.5 bhp at 8500 rpm and peak torque of 43 Nm at 6500 rpm. With a fuel tank capacity of 17.5 litres, Honda NX500 E-Clutch returns a mileage of 27.8 kmpl. Sitting on a diamond-structure steel frame, it is packed with premium features such as 19-inch front alloy wheel, wider handlebars, 5-inch colour TFT screen with Bluetooth connectivity, Honda RoadSync app, and turn-by-turn navigation.

4. Honda CB750 Hornet E-Clutch
Honda’s Indian subsidiary already retails the E-Clutch version of the CB650R and CBR650R. Now, it intends to bring the same technology on the CB750 Hornet as it is available with a 6-speed manual gearbox as of now. Honda CB750 Hornet E-Clutch had its world premiere last year. The naked streetfighter gets multiple advanced and upmarket features in the form of Throttle-by-wire, Ride modes (Sport, Standard, Rain and User), Wheelie control, Honda selectable torque control, and 5-inch TFT screen with Bluetooth Smartphone pairing. At the heart, it has the 755cc parallel-twin engine with 90.5 bhp of top power and 75 Nm of peak torque.
