The Chennai-based two-wheeler brand posted sales of 1 lakh+ units for the fourth consecutive month
Royal Enfield sold a total of 93,177 motorcycles in December 2025 in the Indian market. The brand registered a YoY sales growth of 37 percent as it had retailed 67,891 units during the same month last year. It posted overall monthly sales of 1,03,574 units in December 2025 with YoY growth of 30 percent due to 79,466 units being sold in December 2024. The export business, though, witnessed a drop in YoY volumes by 10 percent as 10,397 motorcycles were shipped last month from India as compared to 11,575 units in Dec 2024.
Speaking about the performance for December 2025, B. Govindarajan, Managing Director – Eicher Motors Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer – Royal Enfield, said, “December closes out a truly defining year for Royal Enfield. It’s been a year of strong growth, record performance and most importantly, deeper connections with our riding community. Our new launches during the year have been received with great enthusiasm and the continued demand for our existing motorcycles further reinforces the trust riders place in us. As we move into the new year, we are confident of sustaining the growth momentum and taking our Pure Motorcycling philosophy further.”
As far as MoM domestic sales is concerned, Royal Enfield posted minor growth as it had managed to sell 90,405 units in November 2025. The exports, more or less, remained the same as the Chennai-based two-wheeler brand had shipped 10,265 units in November 2025. In all, Royal Enfield has been selling 1 lakh+ units for four straight months.

Royal Enfield celebrated the 2025 edition of Motoverse in November in Goa by launching multiple new motorcycles. The Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange was introduced at a sticker price of Rs 2.19 lakh (ex-showroom). The off-road specific version of the Himalayan 450, christened as Himalayan Mana Black Edition, also went on sale at Rs 3.37 lakh (ex-showroom) in the country.
Furthermore, Royal Enfield Bullet 650 and Flying Flea S6 were unveiled at the event in Goa. While the Bullet 650 is likely to be launched later this month in the Indian market, the all-electric S6 scrambler will hit the roads by the end of 2026 in India. Recently, the company had patented the design of the Flying Flea S6 in India.

The brand has been working aggressively to increase its model line-up across the globe. Apart from the upcoming Royal Enfield motorcycles mentioned before, it will also launch the Flying Flea C6, an all-electric urban commuter and its first-ever electric motorcycle, by mid 2026 in the domestic market in India. By the end of 2026, the highly-anticipated Himalayan 750 will also break cover in production-ready form.
