As we are already into the last week of 2025, the new year is on the brink of arrival and as far as the two-wheeler industry is concerned, 2026 promises to be an exciting year with a plethora of new models ready to the roads. In the first month itself, at least four new highly-anticipated bikes from leading brands will debut in the domestic market. Hence, in this piece, we will talk in detail about the 4 new bikes launching in January 2026 in India.
1. BMW F 450 GS
The F 450 GS is probably the most awaited adventure motorcycle as it finally launches next month in the Indian market. The production has already started at the TVS factory in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The new entry-level ADV bike in BMW’s portfolio in India will be at loggerheads with Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, KTM 390 Adventure and Kawasaki Versys-X 300.

It will come loaded with exquisite features such as LED headlamp with “X” daytime running light, 19-inch front alloy wheel with tubeless tyre, 6.5-inch TFT instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, Easy Ride Clutch (ERC) and KYB-sourced USD telescopic front forks. It will be powered by a 420cc twin-cylinder water-cooled petrol engine which generates max power of 47 bhp and peak torque of 43 Nm while mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
2. Royal Enfield Bullet 650
The Bullet 650, seventh model in Royal Enfield’s 650cc portfolio, will launch in January 2026 in the Indian market. It was showcased at the Motoverse 2025 in Goa, after the world premiere at the EICMA 2025 in Milan, Italy. While the design takes inspiration from the Bullet 350, it shares several cycle parts and features with the Classic 650. It is only offered in two colours namely Canon Black and Battleship Blue.

Some of the notable features onboard the bike are 19-inch wire-spoke front wheel, LED headlight with twin “tiger-eye” pilot lamps, chrome-studded dual exhaust pipes, dual-channel ABS, semi-digital LCD instrument cluster, and USB type-C charging slot. The Bullet 650 is equipped with the tried-and-tested 648cc parallel-twin engine which churns out 46.4 bhp and 52.3 Nm while linked to a 6-speed gearbox.
3. KTM 390 Adventure R
KTM is all set to introduce the 390 Adventure R in January 2026 in the Indian market. It is the off-road biased version of the standard 390 Adventure and hence, comes with longer suspension travel, higher ground clearance and bigger wheel setup. The off-road specific bike is likely to be at least Rs 20,000 more expensive than the stock model of the 390 Adventure, which is presently priced at Rs 3.95 lakh (ex-showroom) in the Indian market.

The European brand confirmed at the recently concluded India Bike Week (IBW) 2025 that the 390 Adventure R will be the range-topping model with focus on off-roading. Mechanically, the 390 Adventure R will house the same 398.6cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled petrol engine with top power of 44 bhp and highest torque of 39 Nm. The engine will be paired to a 6-speed unit.
4. Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr
It will be the first adventure bike from Brixton in the Indian market. Initially slated to go on sale at the IBW 2025, the Crossfire 500 Storr launch in India was later postponed to January 2026. The full-fledged adventure motorcycle from the Austria-based brand gets a tall windscreen, round LED headlamp, 16-litre fuel tank, and saddle height of 839 mm. Riding on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, it tips the weighing scale at 209 kg.

A few prominent features onboard the ADV bike are 7-inch colour TFT screen, switchable dual-channel ABS and switchable traction control. Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr will come packed with a 486cc parallel-twin engine which is good enough for 46.9 bhp and 43 Nm. It will be crucial for Brixton to price it aggressively and we can expect it to be sold at around Rs 4 lakh (ex-showroom).
