Hero Splendor was way ahead of its closest rival, the Honda Shine, in the sales charts of Nov 2025 in the Indian market
Hero Splendor was the best-selling motorcycle in Nov 2025 in the Indian market. With sales volumes of close to 3.5 lakh units, it registered a YoY growth of 18.6 percent as the brand had managed to retail nearly 2.94 lakh units during the same month last year. The Splendor has been consistently ranking at the pole position for the last so many years with no worthy competitor around in the commuter segment. The success rate of the brand Splendor can be judged from the fact that it has a market share of 36.8 percent in the motorcycle segment in India.
The second highest-selling model was Honda Shine with 1,86,490 units in Nov 2025 against 1,45,530 units in Nov 2024. It recorded an exceptional YoY growth of 28.1 percent while capturing market share of 19.7 percent. The third spot was occupied by Bajaj Pulsar with sales of 1,13,802 units. The volumes dipped by just 0.5 percent as 1,14,467 units were sold in Nov 2024.

The fourth position was bagged by yet another Hero in the form of the HF Deluxe with 91,082 units in Nov 2025. It witnessed a phenomenal YoY growth of 48.7 percent as 61,245 units were sold during the same month last year. TVS Apache, which is sold with multiple engine options ranging from 160cc to 310cc, was the fifth best-selling motorcycle in India with 48,764 units against 35,610 units in Nov 2024.

Royal Enfield Classic 350 continued its dominance in the 350cc cruiser segment with sales of 34,793 units in Nov 2025. The YoY sales increased by 26.5 percent as 27,514 units were sold in the same month last year. It was comfortably placed at the sixth position. Up next, at the seventh spot, was Honda CB Unicorn 150 with 32,968 units against 30,678 units in Nov 2024.
TVS Raider also gained momentum in sales numbers last month as the brand retailed 32,583 units as compared to 31,769 units in Nov 2024. The Raider is positioned in the 125cc sporty motorcycle segment which has the likes of Hero Xtreme 125R, Bajaj Pulsar 125 and Honda CB Hornet 125. The ninth position in the list was grabbed by Bajaj Platina with 32,040 units. The sales volumes dropped by a massive extent as 44,578 units were sold in Nov 2024.

The eventual position was occupied by Hero Glamour with 25,014 units in Nov 2025. The YoY sales numbers saw a magical growth of 106 percent as only 12,145 units were sold in Nov 2024. This exponential growth in sales numbers was due to the launch of the all-new Glamour X 125 a couple of months back with several best-in-segment features, including cruise control.
