Harley-Davidson X440 T Launch Price Rs 2.79 Lakh in India

The X440 T is rolled out with multiple advanced features as it becomes the range-topping variant in the H-D X440 line-up in the country

Harley-Davidson, in partnership with Hero MotoCorp, has launched the X440 T at a sticker price of Rs 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom) in the Indian market. It becomes the new flagship variant in the X440 line-up as the Vivid and S trims are priced at Rs 2.34 lakh and Rs 2.55 lakh, respectively. Harley-Davidson X440 T bookings start from today at all the Hero Premia dealerships across the country. Harley-Davidson India has appointed Bollywood heart-throb Ahaan Panday as its new brand ambassador in the country.

The X440 T comes with several premium features in the form of Ride by Wire throttle, Switchable Traction Control, Ride Modes (Rain and Road) and Switchable Rear ABS. The rear sub-frame has been restyled as the bike boasts of an all-new tail section with grab handles. It is equipped with first-in-segment Panic Braking Alert feature which activates all indicators to the traffic behind as soon as the deceleration is higher than 2.4m/s.

Harley-Davidson X440 T has a kerb weight of 192 kg, which is nearly 1.5 kg more than the other two variants. The company has axed the Denim variant as it was the only trim to feature wire-spoke wheels. Hence, now the entire X440 variant line-up has alloy wheels as standard fitment. The X440 T is available in four colour schemes namely Black, Red, Blue and White.

At the heart, the X440 T has the same 440cc single-cylinder air/oil-cooled petrol engine which generates top power of 27 bhp and peak torque of 38 Nm. The engine is paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The X440 was originally launched two and a half years back in July 2023 in the Indian market. It was the first motorcycle to emerge from the American two-wheeler brand’s partnership with Hero MotoCorp.
