The Indonesia-based Smoked Garage has presented modified versions of the Ronin and Apache RR310 at the MotoSoul 2025 in Goa
TVS Motor Company recently launched the Ronin Agonda Edition and Apache RTX Anniversary Edition at the MotoSoul 2025 in the Indian market. Now, at the same event in Goa, it has showcased two custom built models in the form of the Ronin Kensai and Apache RR310 Speedline. Both these custom versions have been developed by Smoked Garage from Indonesia. While the TVS Ronin Kensai is an amalgamation of a bobber and cafe-racer, TVS Apache RR310 Speedline is a performance oriented cafe-racer for track.
TVS Ronin Kensai
The Indonesia-based Smoked Garage has modified the cruiser into a muscular bobber with a cafe racer stance. It is equipped with several unique elements in the form of a floating industrial seat, upright exhaust, fully adjustable air suspension, masculine geometry and ambient lighting accents. In addition, the Ronin Kensai gets a performance-based wheel setup which is supported by a CNC machined triple T.
The Ronin Kensai is the company’s fourth Samurai inspired model after the Musashi, Ryoma and Mizuno. The custom built bike boasts of an electronically adjustable rear suspension. It is still not confirmed whether it will be sold in the Indian market as a production-ready model. The mechanical aspects of the Ronin Kensai remain unchanged with the same engine at the helm.

The Ronin Kensai is powered by the 225.9 cc single-cylinder oil-cooled petrol engine which generates max power of 20 bhp and peak torque of 19.9 Nm. The engine is linked to a 5-speed gearbox. We can expect a handful of premium features onboard the Kensai Edition such as dual-channel ABS, adjustable levers and Assist & Slipper Clutch.
TVS Apache RR310 Speedline
The RR310 Speedline is engineered for maximum cornering and downforce as it rides on slick tyres. The bike features a bespoke swingarm which has been custom built from scratch. Smoked Garage has used complete fiber composite bodywork for reduction in weight and instant response. The Apache RR310 Speedline is packed with a straight out performance exhaust for unrestrained airflow.

The rear stoplamp is also different while the sidebox and fuel tank are also unique. At the heart, it has the same 312cc single-cylinder engine which belts out 37 bhp at 9800 rpm and 29 Nm at 7900 rpm. The engine is coupled with a 6-speed gearbox. The regular version of the fully-faired supersorts bike is offered with four ride modes namely Track, Sport, Urban, and Rain.
