The superbike is expected to launch in the first few months of 2026 in the Indian market as the brand’s flagship model.
Norton Manx R was unveiled at the EICMA 2025 in Italy as the brand’s first motorcycle among the six all-new models that it intends to launch in several global markets by the beginning of next year. The other three new bikes unveiled at the event were Manx, Atlas and Atlas GT while the two remaining models will break cover by mid 2026. The Manx R is also likely to go on sale in India as Norton’s first superbike in the coming months. Norton Manx R Design
Based on the ‘Nortonness’ design philosophy with four key principles namely Modern, Integrated, Dramatic and Connected, the Manx R has been created by Professor Gerry McGovern & Simon Skinner. The superbike comes without wings, lines, decals and creases while having a forward-focused stance. Some of the notable styling elements include LED lighting with Signature Daytime Running Lights and Welcome Lighting, Under-slung exhaust, Single sided swingarm, Carbon fibre body panels and wheels. .
Norton Manx R Features
The Manx R boasts of an 8-inch touchscreen TFT cluster with smart device compatibility, full GoPro integration and remote access via the Norton app. It gets five riding modes namely Rain, Road, Sport and two customisable track profiles. A few other notable features onboard the superbike are Ride-by-wire system, Keyless Entry, Dynamic Brake Lights, Cornering Cruise Control, Switchable Traction Control, Wheelie and Rear Wheel Slide Control, Launch Control and Hill Start Support, and Lean-sensitive ABS.

Norton Manx R Chassis & Suspension
The main frame of the Manx R is inspired by the marque’s rich Isle of Man TT racing heritage. It sits on a cast aluminium monocoque chassis which is suspended by semi-active Marzocchi setup. The suspension system comes with bespoke, fully-adjustable units. The semi-active Marzocchi suspension adjusts compression and rebound damping separately at both front and rear ends.
Norton Manx R Engine
Norton Manx R houses the all-new 1,200 cc liquid-cooled V4 engine which develops top power of 203 bhp at 11,500 rpm and peak torque of 130 Nm at 9,000 rpm. Tipping the weighing scale at 204 kg, it uses a six-speed constant mesh transmission with a wet, multiplate slipper clutch and electronic bidirectional quickshifter. The Manx R is ready for both road and track use as it replaces the previous flagship model V4SV in the brand’s portfolio.

Norton Manx R Wheels & Braking
The superbike rides on 17-inch Carbon fibre BST front and rear wheels, which are fitted with 120/70 front and 200/55 rear Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa V4SP tyres. The stopping power comes from Brembo’s all-new HYPURE high-performance brakes with 330mm floating discs at front and a single 245 mm disc at the rear.
