2025 Ducati Streetfighter V2, V2 S Launched in India

The 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V2 and V2 S are claimed to be the lightest naked motorcycles ever created by the brand

Ducati India has launched the 2025 Streetfighter V2 and V2 S at price points of Rs 17.50 lakh and Rs 19.49 lakh, respectively, in the country. Both the prices mentioned before are ex-showroom, India. Touted as the lightest naked Streetfighter ever created by Ducati, Both the V2 and V2 S models will be available in the Ducati Red livery at all the company authorized dealerships in the Indian market. The 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V2 and V2 S have been created by applying the renowned “Fight Formula” to the Panigale V2 platform.

The high-performance naked streetfighter bike flaunts Full-LED headlights and DRLs while riding on the new six-spoke black-finished light alloy wheels, with a “Y” profile. Some of the prominent styling highlights include aluminium handlebar, adjustable brake and clutch levers, and ergonomically shaped footpegs. The saddle height is tipped at 838 mm.

Sitting on a monocoque frame, the 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V2 and V2 S have dry weights of 178 kg and 175 kg, respectively. It boasts of a double-sided swingarm, which is inspired by the Panigale V4. While the 2025 Streetfighter V2 comes with a fully adjustable Marzocchi front fork and a fully adjustable Kayaba rear shock absorber, the 2025 Streetfighter V2 S is rolled out with fully adjustable Öhlins NIX-30 fork and Öhlins rear shock absorber.

2025 Ducati Streetfighter V2 S

Both the V2 and V2 S get Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres (120/70 front and 190/55 rear). The stopping power comes from Brembo-sourced disc brake system at both the ends. Due to the inclusion of a 6-axis IMU inertial platform, both the naked streetfighter models come with multiple premium features in the form of ABS Cornering with “slide by brake” function, Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Wheelie Control, Ducati Quick Shift 2.0, and Engine Brake Control.

The 2025 Streetfighter V2 and V2 S also features the new 5-inch TFT dashboard with three display modes in the form of Road, Road Pro and Track. The riders can choose from four Riding Modes namely Race, Sport, Road and Wet. Some of the optional accessories offered by Ducati are racing exhaust for track use, the Lap Timer Pro self-timing system, Cruise Control, a Turn-by-turn navigator, a USB power socket, and a TPMS tyre pressure sensor.

At the heart, it has the new 890 cc twin-cylinder 90° V2 engine which develops top power of 118 bhp at 10,750 rpm and peak torque of 93.3 Nm at 8250 rpm. Tipping the weighing scale at merely 54.4 kg, it is claimed to be the lightest twin-cylinder ever produced by Ducati. The brand has stated that over 70 percent of maximum torque is available at just 3,000 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox with an oil bath slipper clutch.
