The 2025 Hero Glamour X 125 debuts with never-seen-before features including cruise control in the Indian market.
Hero MotoCorp has finally launched the 2025 Glamour X 125 at a starting price of Rs 89,999 (ex-showroom, New Delhi) in the Indian market. Being termed as ‘India’s most futuristic 125cc motorcycle’, it comes equipped with a host of first-in-segment features including cruise control. The bike is presented in two variants namely Drum and Disc, with the latter costing Rs 99,999 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). Mechanically, the 2025 Hero Glamour X 125 remains unchanged with the same engine, hardware and cycle parts at the helm.
First things first, the 2025 Hero Glamour X 125 gets several segment-first bells and whistles in the form of Ride by Wire Throttle, Multiple Ride Modes (Eco, Road & Power), Cruise Control and Panic Brake Alert. It also boasts of a 4.2-inch Multi-coloured Digital TFT Display with Bluetooth Connectivity, Gear Shift Advisory and Turn-by-turn Navigation. The rider also has access to various other important information such as Average Fuel Efficiency and Distance to Empty among others.
The muscular design has been retained from the existing model with sporty graphics on the fuel tank and all-LED lighting which includes turn indicators, headlamp and tail-lamp cluster. A special mention goes to the aerodynamic visor upfront. The 2025 Glamour X 125 rides on 18-inch alloy wheels which are shod with 80/100 front and 100/80 rear tyres. It has wider handlebars, long single-piece seat, and under-seat storage area for keeping small belongings (1st in segment).
There is a Type-C USB charging port on offer as standard along with a single-channel ABS. The suspension duties are carried by 30 mm telescopic forks upfront and 5-step adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear. Sitting on a diamond frame with a tubular type swingarm, the 2025 Hero Glamour X 125 tips the weighing scale at 127 kg. Some of the other notable features onboard the bikes are an all-new tactile switchgear, premium rear grab rail and hazard switch.
The 2025 Hero Glamour X 125 has a wheelbase of 1267 mm while the saddle height stands at 790 mm. The ground clearance is also decent at 170 mm. The bike has a fuel tank capacity of 10 litres. While the Drum variant can be availed in Matt Magnetic Silver and Candy Blazing Red paint schemes, the Disc variant is offered in Metallic Nexus Blue, Black Teal Blue, and Black Pearl Red colour options.
At the heart, it has a 124.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which has been tweaked for a marginally higher power output of 11.4 bhp at 8250 rpm and torque delivery of 10.5 Nm at 6500 rpm. The engine comes paired with a 5-speed gearbox. Hero claims that the bike is packed with world’s first Low Battery Kick Startability powered by AERA (Advanced Electronic Ride Assist) Tech. The 2025 Hero Glamour X 125 bookings have commenced at the company website as well as the company authorized showrooms while deliveries are likely to begin in the coming weeks.
