5 Upcoming Motorcycles Launching at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2027

Several leading two-wheeler brands are expected to launch their new motorcycles at the 5-day long automotive event in Feb 2027 in New Delhi

The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2027 will be held between February 4–9 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. Unlike the previous two iterations which were organised in consecutive years (2024 and 2025), the third edition of the mega automotive show is returning after a gap of two years. Needless to mention, several key automakers such as Hero, Honda, Bajaj and TVS among many others will unveil and launch their new motorcycles at the event. Hence, in this piece, we will take a look at the 5 upcoming motorcycles launching at the 2027 Bharat Mobility Global Expo.

1. Hero Xpulse 421

Likely to make its highly-anticipated world premiere at the EICMA 2026 in November, Hero Xpulse 421 could be launched in India at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2027. Recently, the ADV bike was spied testing in Ladakh with Ross Branch and Nacho Corenjo from Hero Motorsports team behind the handlebar. The purpose-built adventure tourer will sit on a steel trellis frame.

It will come with USD front forks with long-travel and rear monoshock absorber. While the front suspension could get compression and rebound, the rear one might boast of preload adjustability. The adventure bike is expected to ride on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels which will be fitted with dual-purpose tyres. The Xpulse 421 will debut an all-new 421cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine with a 6-speed transmission and quickshifter.

2. Honda Rebel 500

The Rebel 500, along with the Rebel 300, was unveiled in July 2026 in the Indian market. Flaunting a distinctive bobber-inspired design, it will be available in Standard and E-Clutch variants. However, unlike the ongoing model, launched in May 2025 via the CBU route at Rs 5.12 lakh (ex-showroom), the new Rebel 500 will be locally manufactured in India and hence, it is likely to get a major drop in price.

We have learnt that the Rebel 500 will go on sale around Jan-Feb 2027 in India and hence, it might be launched at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2027. The Rebel 500 will be powered by a 471 cc twin cylinder liquid cooled engine which develops top power of 45.6 bhp at 8500 rpm and highest torque of 43.3 Nm at 6000 rpm. The engine will be paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

3. TVS Apache RR 450

The Apache RR 450 is easily one of the most awaited motorcycles from TVS. Based on the Tangent RR Concept which debuted at the EICMA 2025 in Italy, it will be a fully-faired supersports motorcycle expected to launch at the 2027 Bharat Mobility Global Expo. Recently, it was sighted for the first time on the Indian roads during the test runs but nothing concrete could be established due to the heavy camouflage.

TVS Apache RR 450 will share multiple components with the BMW F 450 GS including the platform and engine. Offered with a monocoque subframe, it will flaunt sculpted fuel tank, USD front suspension, low-set clip-on handlebars, dual-LED headlamps, an under-seat exhaust pipe and side winglets. Earlier this year, the design patent for the Apache RR 450 was filed in India. It is likely to tip the weighing scale between 175-180 kg.

4. Bajaj ADV Bike

Bajaj Auto had been testing an entry-level adventure bike on the Indian roads to take on Hero Xpulse 210. Being the homegrown brand’s first ADV motorcycle, it is likely to launch in Q1 2027 at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo in our country. Earlier this year, the company had confirmed that it will introduce a new sub-brand for adventure bikes in FY27 in India.

The upcoming Bajaj adventure bike could borrow the 249cc single-cylinder air/oil-cooled engine from the Pulsar N250. Some of the notable elements expected onboard the adventure tourer are front beak, long single-piece seat, high positioned handlebar, wire-spoke wheels and dual-purpose tyres. In terms of features, we can expect premium features in the form of all-LED lighting, digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth connectivity, and turn-by-turn navigation among others.

5. Royal Enfield Himalayan 750

Royal Enfield has not participated in any of the editions of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo till date. However, it will not be surprising at all if the brand decided to launch its biggest and most ambitious motorcycle at the grandest automotive show in India in Feb 2027. The Himalayan 750 is confirmed to have its global debut at the EICMA 2026.

Recently, Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 was spotted in production-ready form, close to the brand’s Technology Centre in Leicestershire, UK. The spy pics showed the ADV motorcycle riding on road-biased tyre and rim set-up. Likely to be sitting on a new tubular chassis with a fixed subframe instead of the bolt-on unit, it borrows styling cues from the Himalayan 450.
