TVS Motor Company recently launched the 2026 Ronin in the Indian market. Ahead of the festive season of Diwali, the company introduced a new ‘Base’ variant of the cruiser, while updating the mid and top grades with modern features and new paint shades. In the entry-level cruiser segment, the 2026 TVS Ronin directly locks horns with Royal Enfield Hunter 350. The 2026 Ronin has been rolled out in a price range of Rs 1.42-1.64 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in the Indian market. On the other hand, the Hunter 350 is available in a price bracket of Rs 1.38-1.71 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai). While the Ronin has a relatively higher starting price, the range-topping variants of the Hunter 350 are quite expensive with a difference of around Rs 7,000.

The 2026 Ronin is available in a total of six colour schemes namely Sunlit Yellow, Desert Mirage, Glacier Silver, Charcoal Ember, Nimbus Grey and Midnight Blue. As for the Hunter 350, it has been offered in ten paint shades in the form of Factory Black, Rio White, Dapper Grey, Rebel Blue, London Red, Tokyo Black, Graphite Grey, Tarmac Black, Mumbai Yellow and Moonshot White. The RE cruiser bike gives the buyers more choice in terms of colourways.

2026 TVS Ronin vs Royal Enfield Hunter 350: Features

Some of the notable features onboard the 2026 TVS Ronin are Traction Control System, Type-C Charger, Premium Seat, Dual-channel ABS, and Connected Cluster. In addition, the cruiser retains most of the features of the outgoing model in the form of 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, assist & slipper clutch, front and rear disc brakes and all-LED lighting.

Coming to Royal Enfield Hunter 350, it comes loaded with an array of modern bells and whistles such as alloy wheels, semi-digital instrument cluster with rotary switchgear, stitched seat, sporty grab rail, single-channel ABS, and slip & assist clutch as standard. As we can clearly see, the 2026 Ronin gets latest, advanced and upmarket features as compared to the Hunter 350.

2026 TVS Ronin vs Royal Enfield Hunter 350: Engine

At the heart, the Hunter 350 houses the 349cc single-cylinder air/oil-cooled engine which generates top power of 20.2 bhp at 6100 rpm and highest torque of 27 Nm at 4000 rpm. The engine is linked to a 5-speed gearbox. As for the Ronin, it is powered by a 225.9cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine which generates power output of 20 bhp and torque delivery of 19.9 Nm, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Power output is quite identical but the Hunter’s engine produces higher torque than the Ronin.
