2026 TVS Ronin

The Ronin is the only cruiser motorcycle in TVS portfolio as it mostly retails sports bikes in the form of the Apache series in the Indian market. Riding on 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, it boasts of assist & slipper clutch, front and rear disc brakes and all-LED lighting. The cruiser is powered by a 225.9cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine which generates power output of 20 bhp and torque delivery of 19.9 Nm, mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

A few months back in Mar 2026, TVS Motor Company filed the design patent for the Ronin Cafe Racer in the Indian market. The brand is leveraging the motorcycle’s growing popularity to offer it in multiple body types, including a cafe-racer version. If we look at the sales data, TVS Ronin clocked an average monthly sales of 4000-5000 units in 2025. However, in the last few months, the sales volume of the bike has reached to 8000 units per month.

The patent images reveal that TVS Ronin Cafe Racer will be introduced with a sleek single-piece seat and an integrated rear cowl. It is believed that the production-ready model will get track-style numbering on the rear cowl. Fitted with race-focused tyres, the Ronin cafe-racer houses a centrally-positioned round instrument cluster which is different from the standard model.
