Royal Enfield has launched the 2026 Continental GT 650 at a starting price of Rs 3.58 lakh (ex-showroom) in the Indian market. Available in four distinct colourways namely Rocker Red, British Racing Green, Apex Grey and Mr Clean, it will be available for sale at all the company authorized showrooms from today onwards. The 2026 Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 comes with multiple visual updates and modern features while retaining the same 648cc parallel-twin engine with identical power and torque as the outgoing model.
First things first, the 2026 Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 gets a black-painted instrument cowl, new LED turn indicators and USB Type-C fast charging port. Apart from the existing Apex Grey variant, the base Rocker Red variant now comes with a blacked out engine and cast alloy wheels. The exhaust pipe too follows the blacked out pattern.
As for the British Racing Green, it boasts of a polished engine with traditional spoke wheels. The range-topping Mr Clean variant is identical to the British Racing Green in terms of aesthetics. The brand has retained a few elements from the current model in the 2026 Continental GT such as the sculpted fuel tank, committed riding position and vintage silhouette.

The latest iteration of the cafe-racer uses the same steel tubular double-cradle frame which has been developed in collaboration with Harris Performance. It is suspended by telescopic front forks and gas-charged twin rear shock absorbers. Tipping the weighing scale at 214 kg, the 2026 Continental GT 650 has a ground clearance of 174 mm while the fuel tank capacity stands at 12.5 litres.
Riding on 18-inch front and rear wheels, the 2026 Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 is offered with 100/90 section front and 130/70 section rear tyres. The stopping power comes from 320 mm front disc and 240 mm rear disc brakes which work alongside a dual-channel ABS. The cafe-racer packs all-LED lighting system as the headlamp, tail-lights and blinkers come with LED units.
At the heart, the cafe-racer has the same air/oil-cooled twin-cylinder 648cc engine which develops top power of 46.8 bhp at 7,150 rpm and peak torque of 52.3 Nm at 5,250 rpm. The engine is paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The 2026 Continental GT comes with a saddle height of 804 mm while the overall wheelbase is measured at 1,398 mm. The length, width and height of the cafe-racer are 2,119 mm, 780 mm and 1,092 mm, respectively.
