2025 Vespa Scooter Launch Price Rs 1.33 Lakh – Details

The 2025 Vespa line-up comprises of four variants namely Vespa, Vespa S, Vespa Tech and Vespa S Tech in the Indian market

Piaggio Vehicles Pvt Ltd has launched the 2025 Vespa range in the Indian market. Available with 125cc and 150cc engine options, it has been introduced in four trims namely Vespa, Vespa S, Vespa Tech and Vespa S Tech. In addition, the company has also rolled out a special edition ‘Vespa Qala’ which draws inspiration from the celebratory motifs of Mehendi honouring Indian artistry. The 2025 Vespa series will be available across all the company authorized dealerships from Feb 25, 2025 in the country.

The updated 2025 Vespa scooters are offered with refreshing design and new colour schemes. The entry-level Vespa variant, priced at Rs 1.33 lakh (ex-showroom, Maharashtra), has been presented in seven paint schemes namely Verde Amabile, Rosso Red, Pearl White, Nero Black, Azzurro Provenza, Blue and Pearl White, Orange and Pearl White.

On the other hand, the 2025 Vespa S goes on sale at Rs 1.36 lakh (ex-showroom, Maharashtra) with 125cc and 150cc engines. It can be availed in eight colourways namely Verde Ambizioso (Matte), Oro, Pearl White, Nero Black (Matte), Giallo Yellow (Matte), Arancio Impulsivo, Red and Pearl White and Black and Pearl White. Furthermore, the S trim also gets a special ‘Vespa Oro’ variant which has been crafted with a special ‘Gold’ tint, claims the company.

Piaggio India has launched two completely new variants in the form of Vespa Tech and Vespa S Tech. Offered with 125cc or 150cc engines, the duo gets several premium features such as Key-less ignition, TFT Smart instrument console, Bluetooth connectivity and Navigation.

While the 2025 Vespa Tech is priced Rs 1.92 lakh (ex-showroom, Maharashtra) onwards in two colours namely Energico Blue and Grigio Grey, the 2025 Vespa S Tech comes at Rs 1.96 lakh (ex-showroom, Maharashtra) with 125cc and 150cc engines in Nero Black (Matte) and Pearl White shades. The special edition ‘Vespa Qala’ will also be retailed with 125cc and 150cc engines.

The 125cc engine comes with improved performance as the power output has gone up to 9.5 bhp at 7100 rpm while the torque performance stands at 10.1 Nm at 5600 rpm. It is paired with a CVT gearbox which also gets a handful of updates. As for the 150cc engine, it churns out top power of 11.4 bhp at 7500 rpm and peak torque of 11.6 Nm at 6100 rpm. The power and torque figures have been increased by 0.7 bhp and 0.6 Nm, respectively.
