The 2025 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V comes with minor visual updates, new features and an OBD-2B compliant engine in the Indian market.
TVS Motor Company has launched the 2025 Apache RTR 200 4V at a starting price of Rs 1.54 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in the Indian market. The bike was first launched in 2016 in the domestic market. The ‘Apache’ nameplate has been in existence for more than two decades with cumulative sales of over 6 million units worldwide. The 2025 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V comes with minor visual updates, new features and an OBD-2B compliant engine. It is at loggerheads with Bajaj Pulsar NS200 and Honda Hornet 2.0 in India.
The 2025 Apache RTR 200 4V gets new 37 mm USD front suspension as standard fitment. In addition, it will now be available with a hydroformed handlebar. The alloy wheels flaunt red colour while the bike is offered in three paint shades namely Glossy Black, Matte Black, and Granite Grey. The revamped aesthetics include bold new graphics on the fuel tank.

Some of the notable features in the motorcycle include three ride modes (Urban, Sport, and Rain), a race-tuned slipper clutch, adjustable clutch and brake levers, TVS SmartXonnect with Bluetooth and Voice-Assist, and a fully digital cluster with LED headlamps and DRLs. It boasts of a dual-channel ABS with Rear Lift-off Protection as standard safety feature.

Mechanically, the 197.7cc single-cylinder oil-cooled petrol engine has been updated to comply with the OBD-2B emission norms. It generates maximum power of 20.5 bhp at 9000 rpm and peak torque of 17.2 Nm at 7250 rpm. The bike touches a top speed of 127 kmph in the Sport mode while it gets reduced to 105 kmph in Rain and Urban modes.
Sitting on a double cradle split synchro stiff frame, the 2025 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V rides on 17-inch alloy wheels. It has a ground clearance of 180 mm while tipping the weighing scale at 152 kg. The saddle height is pegged at 800 mm. The fuel tank capacity stands at 12 litres.
