The 2025 Simple One Gen 1.5 comes with an array of striking features while returning the highest-ever range of 248 km for any electric scooter in India
Simple Energy has launched the 2025 Simple One e-scooter at a sticker price of Rs 1.66 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru) in the Indian market. While it will be available for new customers across the brand dealerships, the existing customers will also receive the latest version in the form of software updates. Being christened as Simple One Gen 1.5, it gets a range of 248 km on a single charge, which is up from 212 km of Gen 1 scooter. The company claims that the 2025 Simple One is India’s longest-range electric scooter.
The 2025 Simple One comes loaded with a plethora of advance features in the form of App Integration, Navigation, Updated Ride Modes, Park Assist, OTA Updates, Regenerative Braking, Trip History & Statistics, Customizable Dash Themes, Find My Vehicle Feature, Rapid Brake, Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), USB Charging Port, Auto Brightness, and Tones/Sound.

The updated e-scooter does a 0-40kmph sprint in merely 2.77 secs while boasting of a best-in-segment under-seat storage space of 30+ litres and a 750W charger. It gets built-in turn-by-turn maps along with real-time data, remote access, and ride statistics. The park assist feature offers extra convenience for commuting through narrow lanes and thick traffic in both forward and reverse movement. The e-scooter has a top speed of 105 kmph.
Simple Energy, presently, has presence in 10 cities which includes Bangalore, Goa, Pune, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Vizag, and Kochi. The brand intends to expand its dealership network across 23 states with 150 new stores and 200 service centres by FY’ 2026.
