2025 Kawasaki Versys-X 300 Launch Price Rs 3.49 Lakh

The Versys-X 300 launch price in India is on par with KTM 390 Adventure (Rs 3.68 lakh) and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 (Rs 3.06-3.20 lakh)

Kawasaki India has launched the 2025 Versys-X 300 at a sticker price of Rs 3.49 lakh (ex-showroom) in the country. It is one of the most affordable twin-cylinder affordable motorcycles in the Indian market. The 2025 Kawasaki Versys-X 300 is rolled out in a single fully-loaded ‘Standard’ variant in Candy Lime Green Type 3 + Metallic Flat Spark Black colour. The deliveries of the ADV bike will start from Nov 2025 as it rivals KTM 390 Adventure and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 in the domestic market.

The Versys-X 300 is the brand’s entry-level model in India as it also retails the bigger Versys 650 and Versys 1100 in our country. Mr. Yutaka Yamashita, Managing Director of IKM, stated, “The Versys series has always embodied the spirit of adventure, freedom, and exploration… The Versys-X 300 now joins this legacy, bringing the same adventure spirit to a wider range of riders.”

Sitting on a rugged backbone frame, the 2025 Kawasaki Versys-X 300 flaunts typical ADV elements in the form of a tall upper cowl, upright riding position, big front visor, and a rear luggage carrier with four built-in hooks. It rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheels which are shod with multi-purpose tubed tyres. The adventure bike has a ground clearance of 180 mm.

The suspension duties are carried out by 41 mm telescopic front forks with wheel travel of 130 mm and Bottom-link Uni-Trak gas-charged rear monoshock unit with 148 mm wheel travel. It has a fuel tank capacity of 17 litres. The 2025 Versys-X boasts of a multi-function LCD display which houses the large analog tachometer, warning lamps and the gear position indicator.

At the heart, the 2025 Versys-X has a 296cc twin-cylinder liquid-cooled petrol engine which generates maximum power of 38.9 bhp at 11,500 rpm and peak torque of 26 Nm at 10,000 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox alongside an assist and slipper clutch. Kawasaki is also offering multiple genuine accessories with the adventure bike in the form of fog lamps, knuckle guards, and centre stand.

2025 Kawasaki Versys-X 300

The 2025 Kawasaki Versys-X 300 gets stopping power from a 290 mm single front disc and 220 mm single rear disc brake. Tipping the weighing scale at 175 kg, the adventure bike has a saddle height of 815 mm which makes it far more suitable for short-heighted riders than its rival motorcycles.
