The 2025 Honda Unicorn has been presented in a single variant with new features and a OBD2B compliant engine
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has launched the 2025 Unicorn at Rs 1.19 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in the country. It has been presented in a single variant with new features and a OBD2B compliant engine. The 2025 Honda Unicorn bookings have started at the company authorized dealerships across the country as the new bike has already reached the showrooms. The bike faces stiff competition in the Indian market from the likes of TVS Apache RTR 160, Bajaj Pulsar 150, Honda SP160 and Yamaha FZ-S FI V3.
The 2025 Unicorn flaunts a new LED headlamp upfront with chrome embellishments. The overall styling of the bike has been retained from the previous version. It will be available in three paint schemes namely Pearl Igneous Black, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, and Radiant Red Metallic. There is no other visual update in the new iteration of the motorcycle.
The 2025 Honda Unicorn is equipped with an all-digital instrument console which provides a myriad of information to the rider in the form of gear position indicator, service due indicator and eco indicator. Furthermore, the new bike boasts of a USB Type-C charging port for fast Smartphone charging on the go.
Mechanically, the motorcycle carries the same 162.71cc single-cylinder petrol engine which has been updated to OBD2B emission norms to meet the upcoming government regulations. The engine dishes out top power of 13 bhp at 7,500 rpm and highest torque of 14.58 Nm at 5,250 rpm while mated to a 5-speed transmission. Honda had earlier launched the Activa 125, SP125 and SP160 with OBD2B compliant engines.
