2025 Honda SP160 Launched in India, Price Starts at Rs 1.22 Lakh

The 2025 SP160 is presented with a OBD2B compliant engine and advanced features in two variants in the Indian market

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has launched the 2025 SP160 in a price bracket of Rs 1.22-1.28 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in the country. Available in two variants namely Single Disc and Double Disc, the 2025 Honda SP 160 now gets the latest OBD2B norms compliant engine. It will be available at Honda dealerships across the Indian market, starting today. The 2025 SP160 comes with an array of advanced features as it rivals the likes of Yamaha FZ, TVS Apache RTR 160 and Bajaj Pulsar 150 in the domestic market.

Beginning with the design, the 2025 Honda SP160 flaunts new LED headlamp upfront. Some of the other notable styling elements onboard are sturdy fuel tank, sporty shrouds, muffler with chrome cover, LED tail-lamp cluster and an aerodynamic undercowl. It is offered in four paint shades namely Radiant Red Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, Pearl Deep Ground Gray, and Athletic Blue Metallic.

 

The 2025 SP160 is equipped with multiple premium features in the form of 4.2-inch TFT instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity and Honda RoadSync app. This app comes with turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS notifications, music playback, and access to other information. In addition, it also boasts of a USB Type-C charging slot for Smartphone charging.

2025 Honda SP160

Mechanically, the 2025 SP160 is powered by the 162.71 cc single-cylinder petrol engine which develops max power of 13 bhp at 7,500 rpm and 14.8 Nm at 5,250 rpm while linked to a 5-speed transmission. This engine has been updated to meet the upcoming OBD2B emission norms, implemented by the Union government of India.
