The 2025 Hero Karizma XMR 210 is presented in a never-seen-before dual-tone paint scheme with multiple new features in the Indian market
Hero MotoCorp has silently launched the 2025 Karizma XMR in the Indian market. Available in three variants namely Base, Top and Combat at price points of Rs 1.81 lakh, Rs 1.99 lakh and Rs 2.02 lakh, respectively, it gets golden-colored USD front suspension and 4.2-inch TFT instrument console. The 2025 Hero Karizma XMR 210 is also presented in a new dual-tone colour scheme in the form of Yellow and Grey. Just so you know, the country’s largest two-wheeler brand had also showcased the range-topping Combat variant at EICMA 2024 in Italy.
The base variant remains unchanged in terms of features, hardware and pricing. The company has carried out updates only in the Top trim while rolling out the Combat grade in a new dual-tone Yellow and Grey paint. The Combat Edition is merely Rs 2000 more expensive than the Top variant as both share the same features and equipment, except for the new dual-tone color.

The 2025 Hero Karizma XMR 210 was also on display at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo held earlier this year in January. Hence, it was expected that it will be launched soon in the Indian market. However, Hero took close to three months in eventually launching the updated version with modern features. Well as they say, better late than never.
The brand brought back the Karizma nameplate to life in Aug 2023. However, at the time of launch, it missed out on the USD forks which was quite surprising as the Xtreme 160R, which sits a segment below the Karizma 210, is fitted with this suspension setup as standard. Now, it seems Hero has taken customer feedback seriously and done the required course correction.
The new 4.2-inch TFT instrument cluster has been borrowed from the recently launched Xpulse 210. The outgoing unit too had advanced features like Bluetooth connectivity and Navigation but the new TFT console is even more striking in terms of appearance. For those asking, the 2025 Karizma XMR 210 boasts of dual-channel ABS as standard safety feature.
Mechanically, the 2025 Hero Karizma XMR remains unchanged as it packs the same 210cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled petrol engine which generates top power of 25 bhp and peak torque of 20.4 Nm. The engine is linked to a 6-speed gearbox. Despite the addition of USD front forks and new TFT screen, the weight of the motorcycle remains the same at 163.5 kg.
