2025 Ducati Panigale V2, V2 S Launched in India

The 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 and V2 S flaunt a V4 inspired styling while powered by the lightest twin-cylinder engine ever made by the brand

Ducati India has launched the 2025 Panigale V2 and V2 S at price points of Rs 19.12 lakh and Rs 21.10 lakh (both prices are ex-showroom, India), respectively, in the country. Both the models will be available exclusively in the classic Ducati Red colour scheme from today onwards at all the company authorized dealerships across India. The 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 and V2 S are claimed to be the “lightest” Panigale models ever produced as they are equipped with the lightest twin-cylinder ever built by the brand.

Touted as the “most fun Ducati sports bike ever”, the 2025 Panigale V2 has been created from scratch as a totally new model. The styling cues have been borrowed from the Panigale V4 with elements like full-LED headlight and DRL, fully-faired tail, and silencer positioned under the seat. The monocoque chassis made of lightweight materials is linked to a new double-sided swingarm, which is inspired by the Panigale V4.

Tipping the weighing scale at merely 175 kg, the superbike has a power-to-weight ratio of 0.69 hp/kg. While the 2025 Panigale V2 gets a fully adjustable Marzocchi front fork and Kayaba rear shock absorber, the 2025 Panigale V2 S boasts of a fully adjustable lins suspension setup. The 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 and V2 S also come with four riding modes namely Race, Sport, Road and Wet.

The electronics package in the superbike is based on a 6-axis IMU inertial platform, which include Cornering ABS, with slide-by-brake functionality, Ducati Traction Control (DTC), Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC), Engine Brake Control (EBC), and the new Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) 2.0. The 2025 Panigale V2 is packed with a 5-inch TFT display, which is a direct lift off from the Panigale V4.

Mechanically, the 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 comes equipped with the lightest twin-cylinder engine ever made by Ducati at just 54.4 kg. The new 890 cc 90 V2 engine delivers top power of 118.3 bhp at 10,750 rpm and highest torque of 93.3 Nm at 8,250 rpm. The latest version of the superbike fully adheres to the Indian E20 fuel regulations.
