Classic Legends is doing all it can to penetrate the Indian market, where it has been a very slow mover so far – despite the presence of two iconic brands – Jawa and Yezdi. After resurrecting the Jawa line-up, the company has introduced the 2024 Yezdi Adventure in the Indian market.
2024 Yezdi Adventure Changes
Fundamentally the motorcycle remains the same but the company informs that there are fairly big changes underneath. Let’s quickly list them…
- Engine – The new motorcycle produces 29.6 PS of peak power and 29.9 Nm of max torque from what Yezdi calls it, is the new 334cc, liquid cooled Alpha2 engine. Basically the torque numbers have remained the same but power has gone down by around 0.8 PS. Yezdi has definitely done changes to the tuning of the motor – based on the feedback it has received.
- New Tank Rails – The motorcycle now also receives new tank rails that are smaller and lighter than before. These are offered as mandatory accessories – for an additional payment!
- Others – The new Adventure comes with a new central exhaust routing which the company says helps in a more efficient thermal management resulting in better performance. There is a new sump guard as well for bettered engine protection.
- Styling – No changes to the overall design of the motorcycle but Yezdi has thrown in some fresher cosmetics to freshen up things. There are new colorway apart from fresher decals.
Pricing – Interestingly, at 2.10 Lac, the motorcycle now costs about Rs 6000 lesser than before on the entry price. Here are all the variants and their prices…
