2020 CBR250RR pics also revealed; the sports quarter liter will produce higher power and new features to fight the upcoming Ninja ZX25R…
Honda is upgrading its CBR 250RR and the model year 2020 is set to get even more exciting. A Japanese magazine has revealed the upcoming motorcycle along with a few features that it will get in addition.
The CBR 250RR is likely to continue with the 249.7 cc, liquid cooled, parallel twin, 8-valve, DOHC engine which, currently produces 38.7 PS of peak power at 12,500 rpm and 23.3 Nm of max torque at 11,000 rpm. However, the new model is expected to get updated mechanicals and a bump of about 3 PS of peak power. Hence, the 2020 CBR 250RR is expected to churn 41-42 PS of power.
Additionally, it will also get Slipper Clutch apart from an optional Quickshifter. The motorcycle is expected to be launched around mid-July 2020.
The aggressive looker is expected to get black and white as standard colors along with the premium Tricolour option. The Pearl Glare White gets white as the base shade which is accentuated by black dashes, red frame and golden colored upside down front forks and alloy wheels. The Grand Prix Red also gets golden alloys/forks but it has a silver frame with red as the base color.
The CBR 250RR is a more aggressive quarter liter motorcycle and is completely different from the single cylinder CBR 250R/CBR 300R. It (the 250RR) is sold in many markets including Indonesia and Thailand.
